100% the BEST! Kevin went the extra mile when I called at 4:15PM to order lunch, for 70 people to be delivered the next day. After confirming he had the staff available, he made anexception and said he could handle the last-minute order! Kevin helped me choose the sandwich selections, quantities, and sent the confirmation immediately. The next day our order arrived, on time and exactly as requested. I love ordering from them because the process is so simple and our staff loves to see Mendocino Farms sandwiches and salads for lunch. Fresh ingredients and delicious flavor every time!

I went in to order a sandwich to go and was greeted by Nick, the GM, and he was so welcoming and helpful. I told him what I liked and didn't like and he recommended the not so fried chicken sandwich which was delicious. I will definitely be back for the yummy food and the great customer service thanks to Nick!

I work next door and visit this place often! i love it here, the food is fantastic and the employees are some of the friendliest i’ve ever met! Especially working in management myself, i’m super impressed by their service. Always pretty quick too. However, the manager is always the least friendly of everyone when he’s the one there to take my order. i just find this confusing. Don’t scold someone for placing their order wrong by mistake because you didn’t ask enough questions. just take it and move on. that’s what customer service is all about, taking it.my faves here are the classic pork banh mi and the curried couscous! delicious, highly recommend :)

Two of my coworkers and I decided to try this place for lunch and it was absolutely fabulous! The word we kept coming back to was “fresh”. Actually enjoying a meal and being so aware of the freshness of ingredients is not something you can always say with such certainty at a restaurant. The tomato basil soup was thick and delicious and the chicken pesto sandwich was on point. I have been telling everyone at my office about it and have even said we needed to get catering from here.
