The service was excellent from beginning to end, and I especially want to thank Alejandro for his outstanding customer service—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Mi cosina lakeside is the greatest place to eat they have awesome music to vibe with they have the nice people working there the waiters and busser and host everyone is so nice and cleaning bathroom the food is the great I love the nachos Al carbon with fajita beef and fajitas chicken the managers are the the niciest from what I see they always come when needed it’s a great place for date night

I have eaten here for five years since I moved to Plano and this last time really took the cake. They forgot half the order and they were complete jerks when we called and asked for them to refund the credit card and are requiring us to go back up there and pick up the rest of the order that they messed up. It’s pretty normal for these guys. They don’t get it right most of the timeand then they have an attitude about it.

If you come dine here, ask for Felipe S. That’s all you need to know. His service is top notch and a genuine person. He goes out of his way to ensure you are super satisfied with all elements of a dining experience. He gives good advice on what to order based on your needs too.
If I’m being honest I don’t care to write reviews anymore nor do I really dine here but his amazingness prompted me to do so that management and other people are aware.
We will be back again and need to see Felipe.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE THIS MI COCINA ! Only one i love to go to ! You immediately get greeted by the hostess, who take you to your table, when i go in with my mom i pick one of the booths in the front due to my mom being elderly and not being able to walk much, of course i ask them if thats okay, they immediately say “of course” and never make me feel bad for picking my own table. After a busser comes to greet you with a warm smile with warm chips and salsa. Afterwards your server comes and introduces themselves and continues to take your order. While i was dining i needed a refill it was a Friday morning so my server was busy, but luckily the hostess noticed and asked if i needed a refill and refilled my drink. I wish i wouldve asked her for her name. The best part about restaurants is teamwork, and this restaurant for sure has it ! The manager also made sure to come around and asked if everything was good and i said everything was perfect ! it made my day starting my morning off here with my mom. I did go to the to go to order a gift card and it was quick and easy. This staff definitely knows what they are doing ! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YALL ! I definitely will be coming back !!
