MILKYTREATS ICE CREAM

My husband and I were there this evening and we ordered two ice cream flavors swirl together with chocolate chips. After about four people behind us got their orders we discovered that our order was skipped for some reason. One of the female workers mouth off that the guy was new, but honestly, it didn’t matter. It was the most frustrating experience and unprofessionalism that I’ve ever experienced.

Poor girl working the counter all by herself with continuous customers. She did great, but I feel for her! The strawberry milkshake was very creamy! Not a huge fan of the black, dark interior, but would definitely go back.

I love coming to Milky treats for their delicious ice cream especially the Nutella flavor. Yet I am also thrilled by the service provided by Nibo! He is consistently friendly and sharp! He even remembers me when it's been a while to welcome me back. Best wishes on his college studies!

Best ice cream and customer service the owner is an amazing guy and friend I have gone 8 times this week I thank them very much I love it! Will come again soon!!!!

The donut with the ice-cream was awesome! It was my first time there, and I’ll definitely come back. :) Even on a busy Sunday night, the staff kept things moving and got everyone served quickly. Thanks!

This place is so good. Ice cream in a donut is top tier. Tim, Olivia, and Nabir were such great people. I appreciated their positive attitude and service with a smile. You can’t make everyone happy, but I definitely was and will be back again

06/14/25 @ 9.25pm - Service was absolutely shocking and quite frankly disgusting. Three kids behind the desk serving, two guys and a girl, all three on their phones, the girl FaceTiming and flirting with two customers while totally ignoring other customers coming into the store. Some customers actually walked out while we were there because of how bad the service was. There was a total of 4 customers in the store so this should not of been an issue! I have never had worst service for the simplest job of serving ice cream. None of the staff give a single toss about their job and shows just how much respect they have for the company they work for. Wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take 15 to make the ice cream because they were busy looking up other colleges on their phone and showing customers their Facebook profiles. Plus a DoorDash delivery driver came in and was totally ignored and they said they didn’t have an order only to come out with two tubs of ice cream from the back and thrown into a bag and handed over. The worst experience of my life. Walked out with the poor excuse of an ice cream and threw it right in the trash and drove straight to Bazaria Ice Cream not even 5 minutes up the road and it’s night and day difference. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH MILKEY TREATS AND GO STRAIGHT TO BAZARIA! do yourself a favor.
