Ordered a cake two days in advance for my best friend's 23rd birthday. Only had two specific requests: keep the black hearts shown on the website as well as the small font in the middle of the cake. The cake I received looked COMPLETELY different from the one I ordered. They didn't include 50% of the things I asked for. Font was huge and covered the entirety of the cake, while the hearts weren't included at all.
When asking the owner/associate why these weren't included, they were silent and said "What do you want me to do?" Extremely unprofessional. I asked for a 50% refund and was told "With all due respect, we make custom cakes everyday" and could only receive a 15% refund. Absolutely deplorable customer service. I don't even know how they came up with what they did, I didn't ask for any of it.

Ordered this cake for my birthday party and I am so happy with how it turned out! I ordered marble cake which was deliciously moist and the buttercream frosting was sweet. It also looks exactly like the reference photo I provided. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We had a two occasion weekend. We ordered two cakes. They were both amazing. Delicious. Well decorated. Loved them.
What's impressive though is that we zoned out on ordering the second cake . With little time or notice Millstone staff came through! Very well handled and much appreciated.

We had the Millstone Bakery create our wedding cake. Truly artists in their craft the outside looked incredible and it tasted even better on the inside. Each tier was a different flavor. The guests all loved it, and it was truly one of the focal points of the wedding.
