I came in mid-morning when the place was empty. I stood at the counter and was ignored by both employees who saw me come in. I left, end of story.

Met my expectations. A very pleasant experience overall.
Whoah! This place is a hidden gem!!! Legit bakery with all kinds of amazing options, including several masterfully crafted pastries among the half dozen we sampled. Some of the lower reviews say things line the red bean shaved ice is too expensive? Whatever, they piled that extra large bowl up with cups of fresh fruit and all sorts of goodies for like 15 bucks? Do you know how expensive things are nowadays? That was a steal in my book, Iâd pay 20 for that delicious thing, my family of four all had our fill. This place is seriously flying under the radar, service was friendly and food and drinks came out in good order. Itâs in a quiet strip mall, give it a visit you will not be disappointed.

20 minutes before closing and everything is closed off, Cake slices etc.
A little pricey for what's offered, especially the shaved ice with beans. It's decent enough - not great but not bad either.

Rude customer service ..lady needs to learn to talk to customers politely
This bakery makes amazing cakes and other treats. It is the go-to for both my and my husbandâs birthday cakes each year.

Worst bakery experience ever. The staff were rude, lazy, and acted like helping customers was a burden. The cake designs? Absolutely awful â cheap-looking, sloppy, and straight-up embarrassing to show anyone. For the ridiculous prices they charge, this place is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.

Iâm writing to share my frustration with a disappointing experience this morning. I called ahead to confirm the availability of your soboro mochi bread â a favorite that we specifically wanted to gift to our childâs teachers â and was told it would be ready by the time we arrived.
However, when we got there, the soboro wasnât available. The staff member told us it would be another 15 minutes. We decided to wait, but after 15 minutes passed, we were told again it would be another 15. At that point, not only were we late dropping our child off at school, but we still didnât have the bread we came for and had to settle for something else.
This was incredibly frustrating, especially after going out of our way and relying on your staffâs assurance. If we had been told upfront that it wouldnât be ready until later, we could have planned differently. Instead, we lost time, missed our intended purchase, and left with a poor experience.
Also, I have to ask â why open at 8 AM if thereâs no bread ready to sell even an hour later? Itâs confusing and disappointing for customers expecting a bakery to have baked goods during its business hours.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider being more transparent with customers about product availability â especially when they take the time to call ahead.
