love love nature brew, my husband and I found this place through searching for a new boba place to try and it has been our go-to place ever since! the tea flavor is amazing and taste super authentic! whether you’re in the mood for fruit tea or milk tea, you’ll not be disappointed, along with how affordable it is! <3

I haven’t had these drinks but I am a Dasher. I do not know her name but the young lady with the cover up thin white top and pink short in the front with the fanned out short hair cut was working in the front the counter closest to the kiosk and when I mentioned I am here for a order for Brad she said it’s not ready yet. I waiting and let the customer know the order wasn’t ready yet. They’re very busy by this time super busy, I mean people invading personal space busy so I kinda give her grace as to her being stressed out from all the orders I see her put a order down on the ground and walk away to the little computer I’m assuming to alert me that the order is ready she then walks away to handle other orders (when you are a dasher the app will notify you when the order is ready) so I walk up to the counter and I say the order for Brad is ready she says with an attitude no it’s not I don’t have that order she then with an attitude says how is the name spelled so I spell it out and say the name again. Miss ma’am if I’m bothering you for doing my job please take that up with your manager and DoorDash themselves otherwise can I have the order that you randomly found on the ground after reassuring me that you didn’t have it. Then proceeds to slam the order down and walk off. Smh. I called DoorDash to make sure I never get an order like this again to have to deal with merchants like this it’s not worth the stress.

Tried the grilled herbal milk tea with jelly, happy fruit tea, and strawberry shaved ice — all were incredible! The milk tea was rich and smoky, the fruit tea was super refreshing, and the strawberry shaved ice was the perfect sweet, icy treat. Highly recommend!

the shaved ice and milk tea were good but service was terrible! my fiancé went to get our order after they called us and the worker spilled 1/3 of our shaved ice on the counter. my fiancé continued to help clean up and the woman who worked there with short hair and glasses came over and just gave my fiancé napkins to clean up without saying anything when it was their mess in the first place. after my fiancé cleaned up their mess, they didn’t thank him.

I come here especially for the NB green milk tea with black sugar boba. If you like taro or ube like I do, you should also try the taro tornado. The prices are very reasonable too!

Poor customer service. Owners or management should reevaluate the current manager (shift - Thursday 7pm). She needs to comprehend that customers can make an honest mistake and do her best to remedy the mistake to make the customer happy. Over the value of 2 drinks -$15, Nature’s Brew has lost a regular customer plus his family. Will not return to this branch again due to bad customer service from the manager. She needs to learn the importance of keeping a customer pleased for returned business. She said that computer doesn’t make mistake and that we need to order and pay again for the right drinks. Rating deserves zero stars.

I’ve ordered multiple drinks from this restaurant multiple times, and prices for each drink range between $4-$7. The drinks here taste good and the prices are lower than other boba shops. There is a BOGO 50% off on rainy days, making this place even cheaper. Overall, there’s a lot of value here considering the price and taste of the drinks.
