This location out of all the other locations lacks service and very unfriendly staff. And today ordered 3 bottles juices for pick up and they had packed me 3 day expired juices. This goes to say the staff is poor and does not do quality check on their products. Now this has thinking on the quality of their products overall. Are they even doing quality checks?
Once my favorite juice bar, has been guessing if I should be paying $$$$$ for premium juice/smoothie

This review is for the Park Blvd location in Plano and for my visit on Friday Oct. 17, 25.
My wife had been very not well for the 3 days prior to our visit. She started to feel some better and was craving a fresh juice. We live about 18 minutes from the location and arrived 20 minutes before closing.
The first thing the young person said to us upon entering is we have already shut down the juicer (the whole reason we made the drive). We asked why and the response was we always shut down the juicer 15 minutes early.
We explained that that was the whole reason we came but was reciprocated with a blank stare.
Needless to say we were very unhappy with the response and service but also something had finally sounded good to my wife and the lack of empathy from the employee was well I guess the world we live in now.
If shutting down the juicer before the place closes is common place that should be added to the website so that potential patrons are aware.

No music, TV’s off, this place feels like is going out of business and they can’t afford their Spotify subscription. Also they have multiple juicers but made our order of three juices one by one, so three juices took much longer than it took me to search, find, review, and write this post.

Arrived 30min before closing. Nigh sigh from Nay, the only visible employee working, who didn’t make any eye contact or made any effort to acknowledge we were there. Waiting at the register looking down until we decided to ask him for our order. Told us our total and walked away to make the food. Took his sweet time, walking in slow motion. Made it abundantly clear with his body language and facial expressions he was pissed we were ordering because he was hoping to leave earlier.
While he made the food, 2 other guests came in, waited in line, then left as it was taking a while and he didn’t acknowledge they were even there.
He handed us our order 10min after close, and we saw hair inside one of our bowls, which was closed in to-go containers. When we showed it to him, again without any eye contact or any words, his only response was “I don’t see any hair”. We pointed to it, he shrugged and started typing into the register something. A few minutes later, he hands me a receipt.. giving us a refund.
Terrible attitude, terrible service.
This franchisee needs to re-evaluate his employee selection because I’m certain any drops they may be seeing in sales can be directly attributed to the bad service here.

Interesting juice mixes and smoothies. Exotic atmosphere. Very inviting. Was greeted very appropriately. One of the drinks was done to perfection while the other had a bit too much ginger. If you are looking for a healthy modern type of drink this is your place.

Love Nekter! Their açaí bowls are delicious, and their portion size is generous. This Plano Nekter always has fast, friendly service. Forget ice cream! This is my comfort food!
They have amazing fresh squeezed juices and very delicious smoothies. The ingredients are fresh and there are no preservatives.

It was my first visit to this location in West Plano. The smoothie I ordered was good. Was it worth nearly 14 dollars good? No. I would say it would be reasonable at a 9-10 dollar range. My main issue was the terrible service. I was the only customer in the store. I waited 3-5 min for one of the staff present to greet me. I observed 4 employees in the back cleaning. At one point one even glanced over at me and continued with her cleaning or whatever she was doing at the sink. Finally a guy sauntered over in no hurry. He literally didn't say a word. At least I heard nothing come out of his mouth. I let him know I placed an order on their app. The smoothie was ready when I got there. So had I been greeted quickly and given my smoothie this would be a 5 star review. The employees need training in basic customer service.

Both bowls I purchased were incorrectly made and also were disproportionate. Nowhere near the same quality as other locations I've been to. Been to this location twice now, doubt I'll go back.
