I always love coming to nékter after a workout for a fresh pressed juice! Today I got “the Buzz” which is carrot, green apple, orange, lemon, and ginger! Yum! Next time I come I will definitely get a bowl because they look so good. Lots of great grab and go options and very clean location!

Jae must was have been having a bad day. When I was paying for my order, I asked her if I could try a sample of one of the protein waffles. She said, “yes” and then turned around to start my order. I wasn’t sure if she needed to ring it up or not so I asked her, “should I just grab one?”. She responded with, “that’s what the samples are there for”. 😂 okay, rude! I laughed it off. This was my second time visiting and I had planned on coming back again so I downloaded the app whilst I was waiting. I went to enter receipt information and it said the order number was incorrect. So I asked Jae, is this order number on the receipt. I told her the ticket number isn’t working. Is that the number I’m supposed to use and she responded with “yeah I would think that’s it” 🤦🏼♀️ Okay Jae you clearly don’t want to help me. I asked for the store manager. She said “thats me. Is there a problem?” I said, “yes, can I get your district managers name and number”. So she gave it to me and said “sorry about that”. Jae, you aren’t sorry. From what I read on other reviews, you’ve been there awhile and know better. Being condescending ain’t it pretty girl. Being kind and helpful should be your take in the world if you’re going to be a leader. I would encourage taking a communication class on interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. If you’re a nuero divergent, then wear a pin or sign that says so. Nice humans will understand 🙂 Lastly, I called the number you gave me, it was disconnected. Seriously? I can’t. This is hilarious 😂 Now I have to call corporate.
Jay was amazing!! For the last 2 years she been a ray of sunshine to this establishment. Her product knowledge is top tier. Definitely need more employees like her that represent and promote your menu items.
