My friends and I came here on a Friday after a hard week of school. The ramen was so yummy and delicious. We ordered the number 4, 3, and 1. I recommend all of them. And a special thanks to our server, Ni, who was amazing and so sweet.

It was a cold night so perfect time for some Ramen. I was really surprised how fresh and tasty everything was. We ordered the black garlic smoke bomb, regular tonkatsu, and karage chicken. Everything was delicious. I will tell all my friends and families.

Great vegan options, everything here is super tasty! The service is fast, and our server checked in on us multiple times to make sure our drinks were full and we didn’t need anything. The atmosphere is very chill and there’s plenty of parking in the lot so it’s easy to get to.

Ambiguous Euphoria
My friend and I visited Nishiki Ramen on Sunday, 11/2/2025, and hands down, this was the BEST ramen I've ever had! We had the 1lb pork belly ramen and the GGG ramen. We also had the lychee sake and beer. Customer service from our server, the cook, and another gentleman were EXCELLENT! They thoroughly answered all of our questions. If I ever come back to Plano, this is a mandatory stop!

We waited 40 minutes without receiving our order, and we noticed people who arrived 15–20 minutes after us getting their food first. When I asked about our order, the server went to check with the kitchen but never came back to update us or apologize. I had to call him over again only then did he finally acknowledge us, giggle a little, and say he didn’t know why the kitchen didn’t get our order. A simple update without ignoring us and sincere apology would’ve made all the difference. When we called him over he said are you ready to order but we already had ordered what was up with that?

I’ve brought so many people to this place — it’s always been my go-to spot to take friends visiting from outside Texas. Unfortunately, this time was really disappointing.
