Nishiki Ramen did not disappoint! On our first visit, we started with edamame and pork gyoza. For entrees, we ordered chicken ramen and pork ramen. Both were very tasty. The service was attentive and the food was delivered to our table quickly. We will be back!
The inside is really cute and cozy. The service was amazing, Aleeza acknowledged that it was my first time here and explained the menu thoroughly for me which was very helpful. She was attentive which made me feel really taken care of. I got the akuma ramen which was really yummy. Will definitely be coming back, thank you Aleeza!
It is usually hard to find a ramen place with genuinely good vegan or vegetarian options. They usually just feel like an afterthought. But this place completely nailed it. I ordered the Vegan Tofu Curry with wheat noodles, and everything about it was just too damn good! The broth was incredibly creamy, the portion sizes are huge, and the in-house made noodles are so fluffy and fresh. Shoutout to the amazing servers, too! If you love ramen (vegan or not), you need to add this place...
