I recently visited No. 1 Noodle in Plano and was genuinely impressed by how delicious everything was. The dishes were packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The noodles had that ideal texture—springy, tender, and wonderfully satisfying—and the broth was rich and comforting without being overly salty!
I stopped by for a quick lunch and it was a really good surprise. The noodles had strong flavor and the broth tasted fresh, not salty or heavy. The beef was tender and the portion size was generous. The place was clean and the staff were friendly even though they were a bit busy.
I also tried a small side dish and it came out fast and warm. Prices are fair for the portion. I would come back again, especially for the soup noodles.

Really good food, fast service but not fast food, you want noodles, come here!
