went to your Legacy west location anticipating the level of service we received at the Galleria.
my husband and I were offered to sit in the patio area, menus were brought. 10 minutes go by and multiple servers pass by our table. noone greets us, noone offers us waters or to take a drink order. noone acknowledged our existence. when a 3rd server cam by the empty table next to us to pick up a check but not buss the table and didn't even look at us. we got up and left. this...read full review
We were a group of 5 family members on Saturday, hoping to enjoy a wonderful lunch. Three of us had dinner at the DC location and absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, Plano was not the same delightful experience. With live plants all around the restaurant's interior, there were gnats swarming around. With the bar open to the outdoors, huge flies were all over the place. I doubt we will go back to the Plano location.
