It reopens! We ordered crispy fish and the signature noodles. The food is really authentic, clean and tasty. Self service so you don’t need to tip

I’m not sure what happened to the signage. I had to double check my Google map to ensure I’m coming to the right place.

A small family was finishing up their dinner when I arrived. The owner/cashier/cook is manning the restaurant. Dinning room floor was sticky. Literally, the whole place can hear you walking since your shoes stick to the floor surface as you walked.

Frankly, I felt bad for the guy if he owns this place. Is he giving up or making the last stretch or this is the way this place operates all along.

However, the appearance of my noodle looks and tastes good. Even though there are many unavailable items but I love to come back and try the food. I can overlook the cleanliness. I love to support local business and as long as the owner continues to hustle.

Parking: Big parking lot.

Thought I would try. Came here for lunch on Saturday. Place smells bad when I walk in there was no AC and their scan QR code menu had the worst picture. The one staff person there did not even greet or acknowledge my family. There was no one else there, so we have to suspect the freshness of the food. Decided to just up and leave. This place just needs an owner that cares, clean up the place and make it more pleasant. Surprise the menu didn’t even have decent pictures so you can see what is what

The noodles were tasty, and there are sauces for you to add to the noodles yourself. Nice choices on that. It is more a you serve yourself place, but I still gave good tip to encourage a new restaurant.

Very authentic Guilin rice noodles. My husband is from Guangxi province so we know what authentic Guilin Mifen tastes like. The ambience may not be top notch but the food makes this restaurant truly worth going.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. It's tucked in the corner of a strip mall, and can be a little hard to find. So glad we did! The noodles are made on-site and are absolutely fresh and delicious. It reminded me of some of the best noodle shops I tried in China. You order on your phone, or they have a self-serve area where you can choose all your ingredients and they will make the rest of the dish for you using what you've chosen. The service was very friendly! There is a lot of good authentic Chinese cuisine in Plano, and I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be back!

The only place in DFW that serves this type of noodles. Love the snail noodles! Super authentic place! Everything is self service now which is much more efficient than before. Regular customer!

We’ve been here a couple of times, but this visit will be our last. Food is good but wouldn’t know this time, as we did not receive any food. Service is always lacking, and this time is no different. They put up signs everywhere stating that everything is self-service, and tipping is not needed. Not a problem. We sat down and ordered our food on our phones by scanning the QR code. We waited there for almost 30 minutes before the owner came out and told us they ran out of rice noodle for lunch. Would’ve appreciated it if we were told as soon as we put in our orders. Also, there were bugs crawling around the restaurant, so not sure how hygienic the place is.

Dine-in noodles start at just $6.99, with free extra noodles! Do not give tips, suggested by the restaurant... I'm seriously worried about how they make money ??The noodles are authentic and delicious! If you’ve never been here before, you should know their iconic dish is the conch rice noodles, also known as "stinky noodles." It’s going to be smelly, but it’s an experience. ( I called to make sure they were open)

I’m a huge fan of luosifen. I think this place’s luosifen is really delicious. The broth is rich, there’s plenty of meat, and the fried egg is incredibly fragrant. I go there almost every month.
