Very disappointed! I requested a change on my order and from the start it was an excuse of why it could not be done.

Around 4:20p on New Year’s Eve we walked into an empty store with (no customers) and wasn’t greeted, no smiles, and there’s like 5 rude ladies with Resting B Face looking at us like a math equation that can’t solve with the answer key. No “can I help you?” Or anything. I paid for my cakes and didn’t even get a smile nor a thank you. An elderly gentleman held the door open for us as we exited. I held the door open for him when he entered but I heard a “hello!” With enthusiasm for him. It’s not my fault you applied, got dressed, interviewed, and got the job. So be thankful you have a job selling cakes and not having to sell your cakes on Harry Hines BLVD. So smile, “thank you see you next time. Happy new year” is what we should’ve have heard instead of a pathetic nasty look with awkward silence. Way to end the year

This review has nothing to do with the quality of the cakes. I love the cakes, this review is for the girl with the bangs and pony tail. Her customer service sucks. As someone who worked in the customer service industry for years in retail, I know how to deliver excellent customer service no matter what I have going on in my personal life. I thought she was just having a bad day one day, but nope, the 2nd time I've encountered her she acts like she doesn't know how to greet customers or say thank you. Someone needs to train her. If she doesn't like her job then she needs to find another one, but in this economy she better be grateful she's even employed.

I placed an order online and of course the online store lies and says the biscoff cake is no longer available. So I wasted my money on a flavor my coworker didn’t want originally, just to come to the store and see the biscoff cakes. I asked to switch them but because it is a dollar extra they couldn’t update the order. I would have to cancel the order wait for a refund and then submit a new order. LOL WOW. This the last time I buy these cakes. The cake is good but service sucks.

Stopped in to pick up a birthday cake the staff could not have been nicer all just absolutely wonderful with the most positive attitudes I would say head into this place at any time they are absolutely so sweet they got everything done so fast and I could not have been happier

Excellent cakes. Great in taste and texture. I'm a great fan of the various small cakes of different flavors. My kid loves the red velvet and strawberry pound cake very much.

The birthday cakes are also good. The decors and pop ups are really awesome. The service and atmosphere is also great. Would surely recommend for my friend or family.

Placed an online order for a dozen custom buntinis with toppers. The cashier seemed new/confused and uninterested, and I guess gave me a random box. I had to go back in for the missing toppers, and once I got home, realized the entire order was wrong. Unlucky for us, it was filled with flavors we did not want. Store was closed by then. I paid over $40 for something I didn’t receive. Would appreciate a refund. Thanks.

They are always very pleasant when I order from them. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and it usually doesn’t take long to get your order.
