The building is nice and colorful. They also have a covering outside the door that helped me stay dry as I picked up the cake. The cakes are very well made, but the most delicious part is the icing. All flavors are good, but I prefer the vanilla or lemon. The workers always give great service and are very friendly with a smile on their faces.Parking: The spot is near other stores, so if you're going shopping nearby it is helpful. Though, if you are only coming for the cake, it might be harder to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: The cakes are good for all ages, and the building is safe for younger kids to walk around in.

I called this location because I had to change the pickup date for my online order. I was told it wasn't a problem. My order was accurate and ready when I arrived. This particular location is always clean and well decorated. And the Buntinis and Buntlets were a big hit for my friend's birthday.

Rude guest customer service from the workers there. At the Plano, Texas store. In the store and on the phone. False advertising. Fake and flakes. The manager is rude. The food had mold. Your food sucks big time. They need to learn how to answer the phone. They pick up the phone and don't say anything and hung up on me. I don't recommend working here. I don't recommend buying anything from this rude store. I will never ever be a guest customer ever again in my life here. A very bad experience. Nobody cares here. What a joke. This is the worst place in the world. They don't even say hi welcome in. They don't even say thank you. God wouldn't eat here either. They are not kind what so ever. This store is the worst in the USA. I don't know how these folks have a job here. If I was a general manager. They would ALL be fired. This place is nasty. When the door in back flies open. I didn't see any body with glove. There were just goofing around. Some people just don't know how to work the right way. I do dislike this place. They don't know how to take care of there customers at ALL. They lied. They are not friendly. I hope someday they get a whole new staff. I saw them aruging with other customers. I saw them laughing at other customers. How rude. No body messes with my friends, family or me in rude matters. Don't make your customers cry again ever. You hurt the customers feelings too. There food is over priced. You have an attitude problem too. Don't go to work if your coughing and sick. That's gross. I don't want to be around others that at sick that work there. Very rude employees! I walked in and was not greeted. I said hi three times and there was still no response. Three girls that at the front and didn’t asked me what I wanted eventually said I wanted three vanilla bundtlets . The girl only rang me up for one so I said, I’m sorry can I please get three. I told her I didn’t want my change and asked if they take tips. I did not receive a response, I just walked out.

Jahaila was tremendous and so smart and made some great suggestions. If you like great looking and great tasting cakes be they cupcakes, big old cakes, dessert cakes, etc... this is your new go to! Right across the parking lot from Trader Joe's doesn't hurt either...super convenient

I order here all the time (by all the time, i mean like 3/4x a month just for myself, and i treat my employees as well). It's actually the only sweet thing I ever eat and treat myself to after an extremely hard week at work.I arrived 5min before they closed, and they said they couldn't even put extra icing on it because it was too much trouble to do and gave me the total and handed me the bag.How ridiculous and lazy is that?That's crazy.

Thank you Athena for your wonderful hospitality, as soon as, I walked in the door. You were closing in 20 minutes but you and the staff were so kind in helping me . I wanted to take more pictures but you explain that the store was about to be remodeled. I hope they do not close during the remodel and I am going to tell my friends about the great customer service and of course the wonderful cake we picked up. The cake was just as amazing !! You can not go wrong with a Nothing Bundt Cake …always moist and the icing melts in your mouth like butter!!!
