The food here is delicious, and there's a decent enough variety but enough explanation and options to be a great place to try out and introduce yourself or anyone else to North Indian cuisine. Can't handle spicy food for example? You have to try the Garlic Naan with tikka masala, it has so much flavor, and you can experiment and try things out from there.

We are from Tennessee, driving through the city of McKinney and felt like trying some Chat dishes, it was past 2 PM on Monday and we searched nearby Indian eateries online and called to check if they have Chats, luckily ODesi had and we went there, place is modern, stylish and very clean, we ordered Gadabad chat and Veg Manchuria, taste was so flavorful and we enjoyed every bite and ordered Samosa Chat to go, chef prepared and packed parts of chat in two different containers so nicely so it won't become soggy and we can enjoy it fresh and explained us how to mix. We had it later in the evening after few hours and it was still fresh and flavorful. Customer service was great. Thanks to cashier and chef for making our first experience very satisfying. We will sure visit for sure when we are in the area.

Ordered Chicken Korma which was uncooked. They offered up Chicken Tikka masala, still uncooked. You can see pink chicken and then the manager was trying to argue it’s cooked. I don’t think she Elias ever had a chicken in her life. Anyways, we just left. Please don’t eat chicken here, you will be sick

Not good at all. Tandoori chicken was flame cooked and not oven cooked at all. Tasted like boiled chicken wrapped in tangy raw tandoori masala. Ugh!! Dal makhni was average, pindi chole were below average. paneer labadar , just ok. it was to sweet tomatooeee. I won't recommend this place if you are looking a standard Indian food. People trying out please go on your own risk!!! 😞😞

This past Tuesday, my family and I visited O'Desi Aroma in Plano, TX, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The lady taking our order was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but her attitude was unprofessional and uninviting. We felt rushed while placing our order and uncomfortable throughout the interaction.
This was my second time eating at O'Desi Aroma — we’ve previously visited the McKinney location and had a wonderful experience there, both with the food and customer service. Sadly, the Plano location did not live up to the same standard, and because of the poor treatment we received, we will not be returning to this location.
Great food should always be paired with great service, and this visit missed the mark entirely.
