Are you a fan of eating ice cream in below-freezing cold? On February 20th, on a below-freezing evening, we decided to have some ice cream and thought of visiting the famous Ked’s Ice Cream shop in Plano. Ked’s Ice Cream, Waffles & Crepes shop offers international and local flavors that will excite your taste buds. To achieve the utmost quality, they hand-craft their ice cream from scratch, ensuring the use of natural ingredients while preserving its quality every step of the way. Ked's is known for its diverse range of ice cream flavors, serving more than 95 options. They also offer an extensive menu of waffles and crepes, with influences from regions in India, Persia, Latin America, and beyond. It was a great experience to eat ice cream in freezing weather in winter. We had custard apple ice cream, chikoo ice cream, and mango falooda – all of which were really good. We liked it!

We stopped here for late night falooda in a week day. They also have kulfi and various ice cream Flavors. We tried dry fruit falooda, Punjabi falooda. Both were good

I really lOVE ked's visited many times to plano branch .. My family loves to visit every weekend. Today when we visited FACED VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. POOR MANAGMENT IT TOOK 25 MINUTES TO GIVE ME ONE FALOODA.THEY SIMPLY IGNORED ME AND GIVING FALOODA TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO CAME AFTER ME. I wish they improve customer service to maintain their brand. NO MATTER how good quality it doesn't matter with out service.

Came here and we were very surprised by the different variety of flavors. the late night cravings were definitely satiated. my girlfriend tried a falooda for the first time, was an instant hit! we’ll definitely return to try all the different options

There is no flavor at all - Shahi Falooda

Very disappointed in the service, we ordered two scoops of gulab Jamun and Red Velvet which they put in a small cup that was then put in a large cup. For the price we are paying the amount that was given was not equal and we felt cheated of what we ordered. We are regular customers and we have never seen this happen. For the third order we asked for Cocnut and Pista which was put in the appropriate cup. Very sad and disappointed.

First there was so much confusion if they had waffles or not. One person said that they are out of waffles, another person said that they have it. After we placed the order, they said that they have to make a waffle which will take 10 minutes. I was fine waiting for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes they told me they have nit being able to make it yet as the machine didn’t heat up properly, they are trying to make it again. After another 15 minutes they made the waffle but it was slightly burnt and also it was broken. Even after waiting for 30 minutes, I couldn’t get a nice properly cooked waffle and it was a waste of time and money. Everything was so mismanaged and they didn’t have sufficient staff.
