Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My daughter , two grandchildren’s and my self went to eat around 1:30. The host was not at the front there was a lady and little girl waiting then an elderly man came in after us for gift cards and a lady who asked to set at the bar. The host finally came to the front and we told her the order. She took the elderly man first who came in 3rd then set the lady at the bar who came in 4th and then the young lady and little girl who was there 1st. While she was gone a vendor came in and she began helping him before she even tried to set us. I asked for a manager and the vendor decided to tell me to not talk to her that way. I’m sorry we stood there with two little kids waiting to be seated to continue to be pasted up for who ever came in the door next including a none paying customer who was there to sell his product. Of course we left and will not go back and we will not us them for our company events either…

Good food and service, prices keep getting higher - many dishes are $20 and more, for one person. If they didn't include endless soup, I wouldn't be going there anymore.

Service is normal, nothing special. Food is ok, not great. I did not like their version of Shrimp scampi .. too watery and shrimp is not grilled.

Went on a girls day out. Sweet spot for lunch. Their pasta is a go to. The complimentary bread is soft and warm. We kept getting refills.
Service is quick. Everyone on table needs to carry an ID to get drinks served.

The food was good and breadsticks great. I still add a little bit more of seasoning to my food but it is a general standard, understandable.
The iced coffee is better than the cappuccino in boldness though.

Took our youngest son to celebrate after his play per his request. Once we arrived the waiter Katherine took a long time to get our drinks and took 40+ minutes to receive our food after ordering. She had only two tables and spent the majority of her time talking at the other table. My food clearly was stuck under a heating lamp for far too long. My wife also asked for a refill of her drink 3 times before getting it. Overall this was the worse experience I’ve had at an Olive Garden.

The serving plate and the silverware are scratched and very old. Should be replaced and the carpet is smelling. 99% of the lunch we ordered we just make it takeaway. But the customer services are so sweet and professional.

The food was ok. It was nothing special. I had the soup and salad lunch special. The salad had plenty of croutons but would have liked more cucumbers and tomatoes in it. There were 2 olives which was not a big deal as I do not care for them. We were a small group and the service was very good. It was pretty empty in the restaurant given that it was lunch time.

For sure this is the worst service I’ve ever had. A carless waiters and a rude manager. After 45 minutes of waiting for the food we asked for the manager who was responding in a bad attitude with intention to hear us nor to resolve the problem. She came back 5 minutes later bringing the food and saying this is normal it’s either you take it or leave it.

They should be ashamed of such service and they should be looking for a carrier shift that fits their attitude.

The place is not that Good. They never refilled the water. Plus never checked if all good on the table.
Had to wait around 20 mins for cheque after getting the To go boxes.

My wife and I wanted to go out to eat on our wedding anniversary and I picked olive garden since the last time we were there it was great. I really do not eat out much I hate to pay so much more when I can make it better at home. Mike the lunch manager was great, the food was really good! The eggplant parmigiana was very good. I have tried to make it at home but it was always ok . My hats off to everybody there, you all did great!

Olive Garden changed their breadsticks. They are very bland, and now charge for dipping sauces to make them taste better. No butter. No Garlic. No thank you. Lost a customer today.
