I had a pretty busy route with Door Dash this summer and The Original Chop Shop on Legacy was a regular pick up spot, almost daily. Each time I picked up an order from this location , I noticed how nice the staff was , how calm the people seemed. Even when there was a wait, people were chillin’, lol.
The calm was such a unique distraction it created a thoughtful observation , “the food has to be made by people who truly care.” I told myself I would visit this location when had a taste for eating out.
Well, today was the day I stopped by. I ordered online. I had the Pitaya Bowl, the Cold Buster, and the Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus Bowl. When I arrived, the restaurant was resting, but the staff was delightfully and diligently preparing great food and extending warm welcomes. As I mentioned, the restaurant was immaculately clean, and customer service was exceptional.
My food was packaged well and neat. The Cold Buster was refreshing , the Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus bowl was so tasty and filling, and the Pitaya Bowl was the most demure treat, delicious ?. Just as I’d thought, the lovely people who make this food care about how they craft, prepare, and present their food and you can taste it!
I’d assume that any Original Chop Shop location offers a quality experience, but this location gave a first impression that guided me right into the calming experience I needed to mark a beautiful Sunday evening as I prepare for an amazing work week :)

Should not have walked in. After placing our order on a digital screen, no greeting at all. The floors were very dirty, and there were maybe 4 clean tables even though there was 5 people behind the counter, 1 just texting. Of course the digital ordering asked for a tip, I don't know why. We were not told to where to get our drinks, just wandered around. When we got our coffee it had obviously been there a while, I asked for a fresh pot, was told no problem, but it never came. 37 dollars for a wrap and a salad, I would expect better service. Severely disappointed. Chipotle is two doors down I strongly urge you to go there.

Love that I never get tired of the menu! Sweet, salt, hot, cold, sandwich or proper meal… always a pleasant experience
Food was good here, but this place was very dirty. There was only 2 parties od people here and we both had to wipe off a table to be able to sit down ... not a big deal if they were busy .... but that wasn't the case ... at all. Their bathroom was even filthier with trash on the floor .... not good!
The bowl i ordered was large with plenty of food but you order on a computer screen so there is nobody to ask or answer questions about what you're ordering.
I live really close by so I'll be giving it another shot..... one more shot!

***UPDATED*** Management reached out below and offered a refund. They're were really open and transparent about their pricedures which I appreciate. As a result I have adjusted my review.
The staff are awesome at this beloved location. However it could use some TLC, ask the Owners to please upgrade cutting boards. Noticed sometimes get sore throat or sick after having juices. I begin to watch preparation and having worked in professional kitchens the cutting boards used in this location are not fit for purpose. They're visibly grimy. Very cheap plastic and just know you're ingesting microplastic and all matter of bacteria stuck on those heavily worn flimsy boards. Also noticed they DO NOT sterilize them in between making juice orders, so please be wary if you're allergic or sensitive like me as the juicing equipment is not cleaned between orders (I understand it may be impractical but it's risky too.Today received salad filled with rotten lettuce and old chicken, very disappointed. (See attached photo, that is not dressing!)

Ordered the raw vegetable salad online. Pickup was smooth. Staff was friendly. I'm not a big salad person but the ingredient list looked good so I gave it a go. Added the red pepper hummus. This salad was SO good! Menu has lots of healthy options including smoothies & juices. I look forward to going back.

Found this place on happenstance when leaving a job site in the area. Can I just say that I ate until I was beyond full but didn’t feel lethargic for the first time in a long time! Whole healthy clean food prepared as ordered, all fresh products and really good iced tea flavors. Their hummus was so good I ate it with a spoon.

First time ordered online and went pick up, easier to customize and the combination was tasty! I ordered Thai coconut chicken bowl, half brown rice and half sweet potato. The extra tofu I added was big and yum!
Went today for the first time. Food is great. I got the shrimp bowl and while food is great, I will be coming back again simply because of Isabella. She rang me up and was so sweet and kind and patient and helpful. I can’t say nice enough things. Side note: I never got her name in real life but my receipt says Isabella. I just want management to read this and give her a raise. Amazing service.
