Food: 4 stars for taste - but I paid extra for double chicken and barely got 4 ounces, I ordered a green curry bowl and got a tablespoon of curry sauce on it.
Service: you don’t interact with a human AT ALL you order on a computer, have to self scan any item that you want in addition, and it hits you up for a tip when you checkout.
this was our first time here and we were obviously a little bit confused about the process. Staff looked at us for about five minutes, but didn’t interact at all. We will not be coming back.

The teriyaki chicken bowl with cauliflower rice and roasted veggies was a 10 out of 10. Really fresh and flavorful.
I also got the muscle malt shake that was tasty but a little on the watery side.

We used to love The Original Chop Shop, but sadly they are changing recipes and not for the better. Please go back to the original hummus recipe, and PLEASE PLEASE return to the previous toffee cookie recipe with the original flour. The aftertaste is horrible now when you literally had the perfect cookie.. I don’t understand when you have something that works so well, why do you choose to change it? Won’t be back for a while and truly hope it gets better.

I am a pretty critical reviewer and consider myself a foodie. My Thai salad was five stars. Perfect. Fantastic mix of vegetables and fruit, excellent salad dressing with the right balance of sweet and heat and broad flavor profile. Fun vibe and I love the design in the building and decorating. Easy to order at kiosks but they're perfectly happy to go the traditional route at a register. My husband's Korean bowl was good but not great. Neither of us would order it again but not because it was bad. We were both expecting a bulgogi vibe but it wasn't like that at all and just not our favorite. No sweetness. No detectable heat for my palate. And you had to pay extra for any veggies beyond green onion. We added a few anyway. The oatmeal cookie was not bad but I've had many that I liked better. Prices were fair as long as you don't modify things much by adding veggies, etc. It was $2.50 extra for my chicken. We had very little interaction with employees so a little hard to rate service. Getting our food to a little longer than I was expecting but they had a stay stream of customers. If we're back in the area I'd definitely return for that salad but I'll be anxious to try more of the menu. I love the creativity and everything super fresh. Well done!

I’m not the type to review so you know if I do then the place is smthn special! My moms been out of town and between work and my three dogs I haven’t found time to make myself food and I was getting super tired of the grease from fast food so I decided to order something healthy off of Uber. They had a 2 for 1 deal going on and it was a real life safer!! The food was amazing and tasted fresh and healthy. Would 100% order from here again!!
