I was disappointed with my Big Plate ordered at 3/8/22025 at Panda Express. There were far too few shrimp considering the price—I expected more! Instead of a well-balanced portion, I mostly got rice and noodles. On top of that, the broccoli was so hard that it was practically inedible. It felt like the vegetables weren’t even properly cooked. The quality definitely did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant takes action and improves the way they serve their dishes!

I used to come to this place regularly and always asked them if the rice and chicken were fresh. Unfortunately, they kept assuring me it was, but it turned out otherwise. This has happened multiple times, and I am very disappointed. I will not be coming back again.

Would recommend going to a different Panda Express. They do not give a lot on the entrees. My extra order of honey walnut shrimp came with only 5 shrimps.

Extremely slow service. Had to wat for a solid 15 mins to just pick my online order which was right in front of me. The cashier dint bother to even turn around to see or ask what I was waiting for. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this is happening here

The service in this place is terrible... Not if it's because I'm Latin, I didn't have good service and I, being the kindest person I can be, the truth is, the girls who serve people shouldn't be here... they don't have fun with the public. .. the only good thing I can say is that he speaks Spanish. And you can communicate if you are a Spanish speaker, but he stressed that I will not return to this place again...! Just because of the attention... they didn't give me sauce, napkins, anything... I almost served my dishes myself...!

Went in the drive through at 10:15 and literally nothing was ready. They told me they didn’t have egg rolls, teriyaki, or crab ragoons ready. I know it’s early but when it opens at 10:00 it should be ready by 10:00
Not that it’s this location in particular, it’s Panda Express as a whole. The food used to be so much better and now it seems like the quality is gone and they are using bad meat, vegetables and sauces. I understand cutting costs to increase profits, but it’s just gone too far. The orange chicken which is their most popular items, now just tastes plain gross. This location is very nice and the staff are very friendly so it’s not their fault. It’s just bad food now and will just not eat with Panda Express again.
