My food was cold. When she tried fixing it, she gave me hot sides and cold steak and shrimp. Why would I want hot sides and not hot meat. Make it make sense. Terrible

Placed my order via mobile app at 2:35PM, got home at 2:47 and opened my plate of food to discover dried old shrimp and the best part, mold on the side entry!! The super greens mixed with the chowmein has black, brown and blue spots with mold! I’ve been calling the store now the last 30 minutes and no one will answer the phone!!!!

Listen… I actually have my Food Handler’s Certificate, I am beyond disappointed with this place. My wife and I ate here on 11/18/2025, and BABY… it tore us up. We’ve been dealing with the BG’s all morning. That is NOT normal, and it’s definitely not okay.

The food might look good when it’s served, but the way they’re handling it? Unsafe. The temperatures are off, it’s not being kept in the safe zone, and it’s clear they are not throwing out food when it’s time to toss it. That’s how you get people sick — and clearly, we were the proof.

I work too hard to spend my money somewhere that can’t follow basic food safety. Train your staff. Respect your customers. Because this right here? Unacceptable.

I will be contacting the food inspector and requesting a refund, because no company should be serving food that sends folks home sick.

Do better.

UPDATE: The manager, Gio, called me back and showed real empathy this time. She apologized, explained she was off the previous day, and her boss approved a refund. I appreciate her taking ownership on the second call.

But I still stand by my original concern — something is off with the food safety at this location. My wife and I got sick after eating here, and based on the reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I’m grateful they made it right, but I truly hope they focus on proper sanitation, temps, and overall safe practices moving forward.
