I would give 0 stars. The lady that was preparing food did not have gloves on and when I asked how can she make food without gloves, she grabbed one that fill on the floor and she started to make my sandwich with that dirty glove. I complained to her manager and then she started to speak in Spanish with anger she through the food and the dirty glove. I pick to eat in Panera because I trusted their hygiene standards but that trust was broken today.

I visited this Panera location on October 18, 2025 at about 8:19 a.m. After placing my order I asked to add a side of bacon. The employee said ā€œno,ā€ and when I asked if it could be added to my previous order she said she couldn’t. I asked what I should do, and she told me I’d need to order something else, then get the bacon. When I asked for the manager (Carolina), she replied in a rude manner, telling me to ā€œGoogle itā€ when I asked for the corporate number. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and would appreciate better training for how add-ons and manager interactions are handled.

I had parked my car to enjoy my time at Panera when I noticed a flat tire!
During my wait for help, an employee named ā€œPickleā€ was hospitable and helpful.
He even said he would help if I couldn’t get help on the way.
It’s these little moments and actions that make this Panera wonderful!
Also, their kitchen sink cookie is divine!

I had just a drink ordered for rapid pick-up and received an email that my order was ready. It is totally fine to provide an empty cup on the counter so I can fill the drink myself upon arrival. At the minimum, please ensure the ordered drink readied is available at the dispenser before that email. The idea of rapid pick-up is a quick grab and go, not wait for the drink to be prepared and dispenser to be replenished after arriving. This is the first time I encountered this over numerous visits, but thought it would be good to remind to keep up with the quality of service.
