I ordered a chicken fontega sandwich..they gave me a leftover sandwich sitting next to the oven, went back to as my sandwich was dry out bread and shredded chicken, went back again as they just put a big unmelted piece of cheese on it, went back a THIRD time asked to get a new sandwich as there is no chipotle sauce, basil. The fourth sandwich was much better.

Coffee machine is broken, and replacement is not done in multiple days. So, they ll tell you to drive another 15 minutes to get a coffee and use your subscription there.

Food is good as always, but man the service was so slow. There was a guy just sitting on his phone while I had to wait 20 minutes just for a bowl of soup. It also smells extremely weird in the store.
Broccoli cheese soup way too watered down. Hope it was just a bad batch.

I ordered breakfast sandwiches this morning, it was too have egg whites, avocado, tomatoe, white cheddar and bacon. It only had bacon! This location is notorious for mistakes on pick up orders. I called the store they asked me to come by and get fresh one. I told them I was not near by to just pick it up. I asked for refund. It was given but panera your customer service and quality check of food has severely gone down.. won't order from you again..

Jab corporate has really brought this chain down to a new level. Please call Ron Shaich and ask him to buy it back. Or at the very least change your leadership model to one of encouragement like he used to use. Overworking your management team has lead them to make some desperate moves, such as accepting last minute catering g orders that you can't realistically fulfill

This by far was the worst experience I've had at Panera Bread. I made my order on the Kiosk. Afterwards, I walked around the restaurant trying to find a clean table to sit. That was next to impossible. Once I found a table, I sat down and waited for my order. My order was complete so I went up to the window to pick up the items. To eliminate any potential of my order being wrong I made sure to place the order on the kiosk. To my surprise, my order was completely wrong. I tried to power through it as I hadn't eaten all day but I couldn't. I got up and left. I will never visit this location again.
