I had parked my car to enjoy my time at Panera when I noticed a flat tire!
During my wait for help, an employee named “Pickle” was hospitable and helpful.
He even said he would help if I couldn’t get help on the way.
It’s these little moments and actions that make this Panera wonderful!

I had just a drink ordered for rapid pick-up and received an email that my order was ready. It is totally fine to provide an empty cup on the counter so I can fill the drink myself upon arrival. At the minimum, please ensure the ordered drink readied is available at the dispenser before that email. The idea of rapid pick-up is a quick grab and go, not wait for the drink to be prepared and dispenser to be replenished after arriving. This is the first time I encountered this...
