I just bought a sandwich and 3 bagels but bagels were not in the bag to go. There was nobody behind me to get any orders so they just don't care to provide a complete order

I have ordered cinnamon roll + Italian sandwich and they gave me side of slide of bread which was odd.
Cinnamon roll was good, it just had very odd lemony after taste which does not compliment it

Sandwich: slice of bread on the side was super old like its sides hardened. Also since service person offered that side I suspect he charged me for pick 2 option where half of sandwich comes with side. I was clear I just want half of sandwich.

Place was clean and tables were available

To add about service: guy never mentioned where to pick up sandwich so I was waiting at the table for him to call me while apparently I had to go pick it up.

Overall good but food does not worth the price you pay. Also menu and overall service is not intuitive neither explained in details.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes, then went and ask the cook, he said someone would be with me. Waited another 5 minutes then decided to just order my kid meal from the kiosk. My wife's order needed someone at the register but a girl came out of the rest room after we had ordered. Got our kids meal like 10 minutes later. Owner needs to get involved in his business or it will go under due to poor service

Men’s bathroom is always dirty. Been coming for a year, complained to manager, district manager, even corporate management. Obviously they don’t care. If the bathroom is this filthy, I can’t imagine the standards in the kitchen. I don’t eat here, just get coffee.

I ordered from this location a couple times over the last week. I ordered the, Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, and the, Strawberry Chicken Caprese, salads. Both salads were delicious, except for the chicken! I felt like I was eating deli cut chicken cold cut pieces. Fresher chicken would be better. Fresher chicken would make this a 5-star salad in my opinion. The fresh cut fruit and the lightly sweetened dressing that comes with it tasted on point. I will definitely be getting these every time I go! The staff and service were great too.

Decided to go to Panera Bread in Plano, TX because my grandson wanted mac & cheese. He ordered the bowl. It came less than half full. He was left hungry and disappointed. Nearly $11 for less than half a bowl of M&C. My wife had a cup of chicken noodle soup, my daughter and I each had sandwiches. No drinks. $48+. Never again.

I visited today and ordered some bakery items, but unfortunately, they were cold. When I kindly asked for them to be warmed up, the staff responded in a cold and dismissive manner, which made me feel like I was doing something wrong. It was an uncomfortable experience. I also ordered coffee, and when I requested coffee sleeves, there was no response at all. Overall, the attitude felt very indifferent and cold. I did not expect this kind of service. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration and that a warmer, more customer-focused approach is encouraged.

Drive through order - Uriel was my cashier.

I have a ton of allergies and insulin resistance. Uriel was super patient and helpful with informing me of the ingredients in the salad I was ordering.

I ended up ordering the Greek salad. It was good and met my dietary needs. They didnt have the nutritional information about the Greek dressing, but that's ok because it was on the side.

Haven't been to Panera in awhile so I decided to check them out. Let me start by saying the employees were nice and the food tasted good. My problem was with what I received versus the picture of the items when ordering at the kiosk. Now i know not everything will be exact, but you all need to try harder. The sandwich i ordered was 95% bread and 5% ingredients. I also upgraded from the cup of soup to the bowl and paid $6 extra. Definitely not worth it considering the difference in size. The value you get for the price paid is poor. Too many better options out there. I won't be back.

I placed an online order and received an email confirming it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the employee told me it wasn’t actually ready due to a staffing issue and that it would take another 2 hours. No solution was offered except to wait. I have to come back later.

Two hours later, I returned and waited another 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to finally get my order. There was no apology, no compensation, and no sense of urgency or accountability from the staff. Because of their internal issue, I missed my breakfast and had to make two trips, wasting 15 minutes each way.

Very disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service. I expected better.

1 Star is for food.
