Don’t bother placing an online order because they will give you whatever they want. I placed an online order for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 were wrong while the 3rd one didn’t even have sausage it was just scrambled egg on the ciabatta. Don’t waste your time or money unless you’re perhaps dining in.

Come here about 2x a month for lunch. I always order a BOWL of chicken noodle soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich that has always come with a bag of chips in the past. Today, after I made it home I realized I received a CUP of chicken noodle soup, and ½ of a grilled cheese sandwich and no chips. I am guessing someone didnt listen to the order very will.

As of late this has been a convenient location for me. Join the SIP CLUB and up your game getting things done in the mornings. Love their iced teas and coffees. The bagels are not NY style but a nice breakfast when in a hurry. Yummy chive cream cheese but the cost is extra. I don't eat their meals here, more like grab quick snacks drinks and treats. What I enjoy the most about this location is there's ample cozy seating and it is very modern. Get some remote work done here. Fast wifi.

My bread was stale , croutons were stale, sandwich wasn’t made how I ordered it. Ordered online for later pick up app said order was done 10mins before I could even leave on break. Was excited to try new place . menu looks great but unfortunately my experience was subpar!

Dined at this location just after 6pm. Several items not available including fruit side, and side baguette. There are 3 ways to get your food: pager, text message, name called from counter. Even though the method was name called from counter as instructed by the kiosk ordering system, our food sat on the counter window getting cold for minutes. They never called—I hade to go up and get our food after waiting an excessive amount of time to be called. When I asked why I was not called they said they did not know. In the dining room, paint inside the middle booth near the front door is peeling horribly (due I am sure to the heated beverage dispensers on the other side). The service and the maintenance of this location is very poor.

This Panera location is fantastic! I come here almost everyday on my lunch and the staff is always hardworking and friendly. The food is always delicious and is prepared quickly. I will continue to always come to this location. Perfect place for a quick bite. Thank you Panera!

Been to the Plano Central 75 location 4-5 times this year. Always the same story - newbie at the register who is not ready to be alone at the register, have to repeat my order 2-3 times; they always have inferior customer service; none of the other Panera locations in the area have these problems; wish they would finally get a good manager at this place, but I'm never going back again. I've finally had it with their slow and inefficient service here. There are plenty of other locations near me -- all of them 5 star. But this one has NEVER been good. NEVER.
