There wasn't chicken on my salad. I also didn't get a receipt for rewards. The site should have an order number entry in case this happens. There's also no signature on the order checked by line. I'm sure there may have been a lot of people at some point but I still wish my order was right.

First time ever at a Panera bread. I googled what’s the must try before I went for lunch and I got a recommendation for Broccoli Cheddar soup and Cinnamon crunch bagel and both didn’t disappoint me at all. I have got the bread bowl for the soup and it was delicious. Freshly baked and would fill you up if hungry. The Cinnamon bagel with cream cheese was a nice treat as well. Store manager was so welcoming and always asked if everything is ok or if I had any questions. He walked around with a tray of complimentary cookies that tasted really good. I would go again to try breakfast one day.

Partial in correct order. Ordered chocolate chip cookie they gave me raisin oatmeal cookie. Did not have regular cream cheese so they offered me to get something else, I asked to refund cream cheese amount. Computer was down so had to settle for fruit instead of cream cheese.
I did a mobile online pick up. My order was ready on time. Chicken soup and baguette did not disappoint. I was feeling under the weather and this was as good as homemade.

I used the mobile pickup and from the moment the associate approached the window, she was rude. I've never had an unpleasant customer service experience at any Panera and I'm a sip club member, so I visit daily. I'm not sure what her issue was but I'll be avoiding this location from now on.
