This place can’t even get an order correct. I’ve had many issues with this place and decide to try them again tonight. I order the epic stuffed crust pizza only to get a regular pizza delivered. I placed the order on DoorDash, they only refund me $19.77 in credit. The pizza cost $21 on the app. Ridiculous! This place and DoorDash are garbage!!!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza 14 inch they said it’d be about 10 minutes. I told him OK I’ll be waiting in the car just wave at me. I waited about 15 minutes and I finally went back inside. They handed me a pizza and I asked him. Why didn’t y’all come get me or wave at me and he said oh I don’t know had a tip in my hand but didn’t leave it. And so got all the way home my bad I didn’t open it while I was there. It’s a pineapple pizza, not pepperoni and it’s stone cold so I had to call up there. They said they would give me the pepperoni and I went back up there and they try to hand me the probably the original pepperoni pizza I asked for a fresh pizza being made since I had already been at This for about 30 minutes so I said I wanted a fresh pizza by the time I got there got there. The pizza is cold probably the same one That they should’ve give me the first place and then he said I’ll make you fresh one and he gave me a refund which is fine but still not happy for having to make two trips up there having to wait 15 minutes the first time 15 minutes a second time so now I’m an hour in and finally getting a pizza while I was in there there’s three people working they’re just joking around yelling back-and-forth to each other very unprofessional atmosphere not really not sure if I’m even gonna eat the pizza because of the fact that I don’t know what they did to it. But that’s neither here or there will definitely not be back.

I rarely leave food reviews unless it was really bad sad to say, but this was honestly THE WORST tasting papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. And i had the BOGO deal so i had two nasty pizzas 😭 tasted like they used old ingredients, the cheese was so stiff, the sauce tasted weird, just everything about it was disgusting. Nasty after taste. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it in the trash when i should asked for my money back.not sure if they changed their ingredients or if this location just sucks but i can’t believe they thought that was okay to serve to someone. I wish i took pics before throwing it away.

I ordered a pizza online and they doordashed it out so the delivery driver cannot find what I was now he passed by where I was twice he brought the piece up to me 20 minutes later than what was expected and the toppings were all in the box instead of on the pizza

This location has terrible phone call customer service. It is AI-run and takes ridiculously long to order. In order for me to order 6 pizzas I had to take forever. Never ordering again.

Pizza was what we expected. However they have started using doordash and the orde took 45 minutes to nake the 8 mile trip fron the store. We will not be ordering again until they start using reliable drivers that dont get lost.

The worst branch ever the Night Guy i think his name is zack or something said he couldn’t take a carry out order i told him i will place a ine inline and i am waiting outside after the order is done he gave it to the DoorDash guy and he didn’t tell him that i am waiting outside and he took off with my order I can’t get how stupid someone can be to that point Shitty food anyway
