Seriously going backwards with this location. Pepperoni stacked up like 4 or 5 slices. No effort to separate ingredients and the past 4 or 5 times I've ordered from this location the pizza isn't even sliced good enough to pull apart in single slices. End up pulling your own cutter out to complete the worthless job.

The pizza wasn’t very delicious as it seems in a commercial.
The service was not bad and they were really good with customers. However, the problem with the pizza is that it’s not completely edible; the sausage tasted like it’s expired or undercooked, which is considered that they didn’t make it fresh. Even my mom has claimed that the pizza wasn’t really great.
So me and my Mom agreed that we would never eat there again.

First and last time ordering from this location. The food was delivered on time, but checking the food left me very upset. Garlic Parmesan cheese wings had none of the sort on them. My honey Chipotle wings had a squirt of sauce. My garlic stuff pizza was burnt and the topping was not spread evenly

Nobody answers the phone. I am trying to cancel my order because there is no customer service here. My food never arrived and it's past 7pm. I ordered an hr and a half ago. I do not recommend papa johns. They have fallen off the map.

The pizza was absolutely unexceptable. We specially paid for extra cheese and their was barely cheese on the pizza, and on some pieces, no cheese at all. Not to mention, the pizza was nearly stiff as a board. We had to add our own cheese to the pizza to cover it up along with near burnt edges. Never again from the Papa John's on Independence Pkwy, Plano, TX, Store #648. We usually love their pizza, but this was the WORST pizza I have ever seen.

I don't really know where to begin.. being that I have worked in the pizza industry, it's almost embarrassing to put out a product this horrible. The dough was clearly left out all night and whomever cooked it didn't even care to switch the dough. If the dough is in question, I personally don't know if they know anything about the product that they are putting out. Pizza just really isn't that hard to cook lmao

06/14/24 I walked into this branch and ordered a small split pizza. Half regular and half mushroom, spinach. The pizza wasn't all that rave about Papa John's. This is not a sit dine in place. Since I consumed my pizza there on a side chair, I noticed that a few staff attitude wasn't that great too. The orders were flying in crazy. I dunno if I'll eat Papa John's pizza again.
Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza.
Dietary restrictions: Limited option. Just Veggie and Plain.

Placed a take order had family member pick it up... they did not give us the drink (2 - 2 liter bottles @ $3.79) then when i called they did not refund the full amount.
