It’s sad that I’ve vile to a point to expect it & don’t leave tips until AFTER I check my pizzas. I always order EXTRA CHEESE & almost NEVER get it. I tip good with cash anytime they do actually put the extra cheese on though. I think I might have to start driving to a location farther out. These are supposed to be EXTRA CHEESE & there is hardly any on them 🤦♀️

Awful location. My order is always wrong. Says cheesticks but i get dry baked slices of plain dough? Either burnt toppings. Hair stuck in cheese mulitply times. Called for 2 hoyrs straight no one ever picked up. Wouldnt comp my 1 $6.99 pizza for the mistake they made. Do not go here. The store is not a pizza shop. Its a hangout employees have no store shirts on. Music with foul language playing. Employees hair is out and touching and scratching his head while making pizza. Will never ever order from this location where is the owner to see how his shop is being ran. Will def start ordering dominoes and these people need to be fired as its bringing the quality down. Definitely not quality work. This is the one on mcdermott next to the UPS store across from mcdonalds. Paid twice for same order they messed up

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered on app, papa tracker didn’t work, stood outside in Texas Heat for 30 minute, pizza arrived 30 minutes late and was ice cold. GARBAGE. Tried to calll call center, stayed on hold for over 30 minutes, they kept transferring me to the store that NEVER answered phone. All I want is my money back and I’m going to have to drive to the store to get refunded for my cold pizza.

I ordered delivery through the app. After 45 minutes the app was showing that my order was delivered, but it wasn't. I had to call the store for them to redo my order. I wasn't too happy when the person I spoke with suggested that I could pick up my order when I had already paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver who never delivered my order. They did redo and delivered my order, but too much time had transpired. People pay special fees and tips for delivery for the convenience of not leaving their residence. I do not consider this delivery to be convenient. It's a shame they lost a customer, because the pizza is very good.

Stay away from this place .. the pizza quality worst sooo uncooked and bad .. they started delivering through door dash they stole my pizza and I have to go to store and convince them that my pizzas were not delivered. Will never ever order from this place again..

News flash Papa Johns, if I wanted to use unreliable Door Dashers who have stolen my food MANY TIMES then I would have ordered on door dash. This location sucks. Avoid it at all costs and stop supporting businesses that use door dash instead of their own employees. Disgusting.

Quick stop. Simple order. I grabbed a cheese pizza nothing too crazy.
It was decent. Hot, fresh, but flavor was just average.
Not bad if you need something fast, but definitely not top-tier in the pizza game.
Service was cool, atmosphere clean just wish the flavor stood out more.

I have very bad experience at this location the customer service is really bad I try to call and add pizza to my order every time I called they answer then the hang up on my face while I’m talking to him and add food to my order then I try to call they hang up again 3 time. This is ridiculous !
