I ordered delivery through the app. After 45 minutes the app was showing that my order was delivered, but it wasn't. I had to call the store for them to redo my order. I wasn't too happy when the person I spoke with suggested that I could pick up my order when I had already paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver who never delivered my order. They did redo and delivered my order, but too much time had transpired. People pay special fees and tips for delivery for the convenience of not leaving their residence. I do not consider this delivery to be convenient. It's a shame they lost a customer, because the pizza is very good.

Stay away from this place .. the pizza quality worst sooo uncooked and bad .. they started delivering through door dash they stole my pizza and I have to go to store and convince them that my pizzas were not delivered. Will never ever order from this place again..

Probably the worst Papa Johns location on the planet. Owner should have franchise revoked. Food quality is terrible. They use Door Dash instead of their own drivers. News flash Papa Johns, if I wanted to use unreliable Door Dashers who have stolen my food MANY TIMES then I would have ordered on door dash. This location sucks. Avoid it at all costs and stop supporting businesses that use door dash instead of their own employees. Disgusting.

I first called to order, but was placed on hold for about 2min. Before I decided to hang up.. so I ordered online, and picked up in the store.. the store was clean and had about 3 people there spread out at the tables and another couple picking up their pizza..
Overall the pizza was good, I know the pictures don't really do justice... but they were good! and i would definitely get another pizza.

I do like pap John’s but not this location the second time coming here and had to have my order redone three times for the second time. A bunch of kids work up there, which is expected but there should be a more accountable person (like a boss, manager, supervisor) there to make sure stuff gets done right.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We did and had literal plastic string things in the cheese bread! I tried to call the store twice, was hung up on the first time, second time it rang and rang then was like someone answered the phone and sat it down. Perhaps they meant to hang it up again but failed (shocker) They proceeded to talk and laugh in the background and never came to the phone. I submitted a “formal complaint” to the head quarters. I hope no one orders from here and their staffing gets an education, by the sound of them talking and laughing it is desperately needed!
