Waited ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR MY PIZZA STILL ISNT HERE

We hadn’t ordered papa John’s in at least 5 years so tonight, We ordered through the app for pick up to try it again. When we checked the status to see if I needed to leave to pick up, it said “picked up”. My husband called up there to make sure it wasn’t actually picked up by someone else. The “manager” got very annoyed right away and yelled in the phone “I don’t have f-ing time for this, I have a ton of orders to get to”. We just wanted to see if our order was there and not in fact picked up like the app was showing it was. When I walked in to pick the pizza up, he sat my order down on top of random cardboard boxes away from me and walked off without saying or looking at me. He looked back at me because I was still standing there not sure if it was ready and all he did was nod. I called him out for his attitude on my way out the door (trying to be respectful of the lady and kid sitting in there) and he came out of the door following me like he wanted to fight me! We will NEVER order from Papa John’s again. We’ll stick with Pizza Hut from now on!!!!

I ordered @ 7:53 on the app and it said 41 mins and i didn’t get my order till 9:15 that’s not a big deal i understand sometimes is busy but they got my entire order wrong!! I ordered the larger pepperoni and six cheese pizza and lemon pepper wings the gave me a Hawaiian and boneless buffalo wings trying to call the store for over an hour and no one picked up

I have been calling for the last 15 minutes because my drinks along with my extra sauces THAT I PAID FOR were not delivered, and now my phone call is being ignored, plus the driver who delivered the pizza was completely out of it and seemed a bit intoxicated. DO NOT ORDER FROM

3 out of my last 5 deliveries had major issues. They don't pick up their phone and if you do manage to reach them at least one of their managers is very rude and will not make it right. Don't order from this place. They're disgracing the brand.

The reviews are correct and this place, this staff, the mgr are awful. They are mean, literally yelled at me just for calling to ensure my order went thru online, and twice messed up my order. There will not be a third time at this location and they’ve lost my business for good. If this franchise owner or corporate sees any of the numerous negative reviews, and still does nothing, then it’s clear that this brand of pizza chain isn’t worth my business nor yours. I’ll never wait 2 hours for pizza TWICE, get yelled at and lied too by the staff, nor trust this brand with my business again.

No Mercy
Guy with braides says when I walk in before I even say anything "whatever it is, it's gonna be a little bit". Then out of nowere a min later the dude goes off on an expletive filled temper tantrum for no reason. This happened on 9/30, at around 11:14 a.m. The manager needs to review the camera footage of this and fire this guy immediately. It is absolutely unreal for a person to act like this to anybody, much less a customer at there job.

It's more than 20mins ,status shows it's ready but not cooked. Front desk is not available, they cook too. Love the food though, came out yummy.
It's been 75 minutes..I ordered in store. And am still waiting and just heard the guy making the pizzas ask someone how to make a six cheese..omg....I want my money back.. So ride.. They don't care or listen the women with the pink braids is dreadful.. I need a manager to call me PLEASE..OMG. HE IS JUST NOW STARTING IT.....

They allowed someone else to pick up my order, then treated me as if I was in the wrong. Never offered to remake the order even though that’s what I would have preferred. Was given a refund while being berated saying it won’t be allowed again. Don’t worry I won’t be back!

This location should be closed! The delivery person didn’t even knock on door, put pizza on the ground outside and ants got in pizza box. Called and stayed on hold for over a hour with no resolution. Disgusting place and people!

Waited 2 hours for my 40 minute delivery only to get the wrong pizza. Tried to call. Waited on hold for 30 minutes. No answer. Trying to get a refund for what I didn't receive... It's pretty clear nobody cares though as most places at least pretend to notice 1 star reviews.
