Ordered almost weekly up until tonight. Driver called to tell me they couldn’t be bothered to find where our building numbers were posted and they were driving back to store. Ruined my family night. Never again.

Worst service. They use DoorDash to deliver and then don’t answer their phone for anything?? I spent 30 min trying to get my order and I like 5 min from the store!!! Also, charging $5 to deliver only to give you DoorDash that you can order free over $12? Very dumb! I’m over this

Ordered for pizza delivery at 7:39 from the app, said latest delivery between 8:06 and 8:16 pm @ 8:17 pm looked at the app and it said carry out went to details and showed a 4.99 delivery fee. I immediately called the store proceeded to be on hold for over 40 minutes. Order was delivered at 8:31 pm. I drove to the store to speak to the manager while still being on hold, I politely asked for the manger she said I am the manager. I said do you have a call in the queue, she said queue? I asked if she had a call on hold waiting to be answered. I let her know we had been on hold for over 40 min (showing her the phone while still on hold). She advised they haven’t been able to get to the phone. I said for 40 min??? Unacceptable! She said do you want me to refund the order? I said yes please, While leaving I advised keeping customers on hold for that long is not good customer service she yelled “have a great day”. A few suggestions put your team through an extensive customer service course, get someone who can answer phones and update your app. I have lived in the area for 13+ years and ordered from this store multiple times. Today will be my last order.

Tried to order over the phone. The one that answered the phone had such a thick accent you could not understand them and when we got there in person to try and order. They still wouldn’t listen like they didn’t know how to place an order for a custom-made pizza. Ever since the founder of Papa Johns was boycotted, it has gone downhill. The only reason I even get Papa John’s is because it’s the only pizza I can stomach. Others taste like cardboard. Especially on Super Bowl weekend, if you can’t get an order right maybe you need to find a different line of work. Super Bowl weekend is the biggest weekend for most quick service food companies.Total disappointment, if I order again. I’m doing it through the app so I can make the pizza how I want it. And competent management and equally incompetent employees.

We placed our order at 8pm and it got delivered at 9.30pm. We ordered 6 toppings and we got only 2 toppings. Called them twice to address issue with existing delivery, they kept on hold and disconnected call after 15 mins twice. Such a dissapointment and never going back.

The most incompetent manager on duty. I ordered pizza online to be delivered at 815p at 7p. 830 I called the store and no one answered .. 845 rolls around and no one answers the phone. When I get to the location the music inside the store playing was loud which I can hear outside walking into this location. As I walked in the no one acknowledged me for a few mins and finally the manager on duty helps me. I asked them what happened to my delivery which was to be at my house 815 which she responds that they are behind which I understand but when asked how come no one is answering the phone which she had no response to. As she is getting my ticket the total is more then what I would have paid if it were delivered. I asked why the discrepancy? I showed her my email confirmation and she had no answer … she didn’t offer to make it right as being the manager on duty should be able to do. I paid and left as my family was waiting on dinner. Get home the pizza is cold as if it were sitting on their shelf for the hour when I placed the order. The manager on duty needs to do better and should def not be in a position in which she can not handle a situation. As a business owner I strive to provide the best customer service as they are the people that help my business run! If this store is corporately owned you may need to look into why this store has low ratings and maybe not ran to its potential with incompetent managers on duty. If it’s privately owned I would look into it as well. I have been a long time customer and a loyal customer to this location as I live in the neighborhood but I will def be taking my business somewhere else.

I'm constantly disappointed by this Papa Johns location. Only here can you live a mile a way and have your order take 70 minutes to get somewhere, almost 40 of those minutes my pizza was out for delivery and when I got it I got the wrong drink and lukewarm pizzas. Last time they completely forgot the drinks and one of the sides, and prior to that they got the wrong ingredients in my pizza...Not cool at all, I've waited to order a few times before posting a review, unfortunately the result here has been disappointingly consistent. So now I won't be ordering from this location anymore. This is why people don't tip prior in the apps.

Disgusting. I would say I havent ever had such bad 'food' delivered before but this location is known for getting my order wrong or just burning it to hell. Robbed my mother of money due to not giving her the extra sauce cups she ordered, and the cinnamon rolls look like one of the employees confused the box for a toilet. On hold for over 30min to complain so I'm doing this warning, this place is not, and never will be worth it. The sauce I took off (pizza) to still got instead of extra garlic cup. Shameful.

I had a horrible experience last night from the person in change there .when I arrived for my pick up , the order delivery didn’t match the order that I put in online . When I tried to show the online receipt, the shift in charge stated getting agitated . He wouldn’t even look at the online receipt . When I try to reason with him , he started shouting at me and asked me to “ get out of his store “ in front of all the people as if I had done some crime . Worst customer experience . I will never set foot at this store ever again . Talk about customer experience !!! Such arrogance need to de dealt with by the management
