⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I haven’t been to Pei Wei in nearly ten years, and my visit today was nothing short of amazing. Sledge took such great care of us his service was warm, attentive, and truly made the experience memorable. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service 12/10. Because of Sledge and the overall experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. I watched a manager handle raw chicken and then cross contaminate cooked food on 7/21/25 around 12:30pm. It looked like he was very busy and they were short staffed possibly (normally it’s a different employee cooking and not the manager) but this is how people get sick and i would avoid this place if you value your health.
Sledge was great! He was Very attentive, served us with a smile, And the food was delicious, hot, and quick. I'd recommend this location with a great big thumbs up!

Seemed like it was Sledge's Pew Wei (Preston Rd, just south of 121 on the Plano/ Frisco border), & he took great pride (& joy) in his mission! He took excellent care of us, & went above & beyond. We especially loved the games they have set out for patrons, the cleanliness of the dining room, & of course the delicious food. We will definitely be back to this specific location (because of Sledge)

Great customer service. Brought back an order because the brown rice was undercooked and the cook checked it for himself and agreed. Usually fast food places just dont argue and just remake the order but to have them quality check it at least shows that they care a bit and that's refreshing.
