Let me start by saying that the PHO was a solid 5! The broth of the Pho was fragrant and had a very aromatic bouquet. I could actually taste the subtleties of anise and other flavors that are uniquely Vietnamese. We went at lunch on a Saturday, when the staff had a hard time keeping up with the number who came in.But the other items such as the spring rolls (chicken and shrimp) were bland and simply unimpressive. We also had the fried dumplings that were small, over-cooked and overly priced. In short, I love Vietnsmese, but N.O.M. was a bit of a disappointment as it did not seem to live up to its ratings.

I'm so glad I found this place! The restaurant is in a busy area which is great however, it's hidden in a shopping center and small so if you don't use Google to find new restaurants then just "stumbling upon" this place is close to impossible. The atmosphere is cute and intimate however, it's pretty dirty. The tables, walls and menu could all use a good cleaning. Also, there were 3knats that decided to share my lunch with me but I'm not sure how much the restaurant can help with that.?‍? The food...DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the seafood pho and added the rare beef. The broth was light and full of flavor. I wanted it spicy so the server gave me some of their homemade chili paste and it was perfect. The pho had all the regular seafood in it but it also had good size fish cuts!! ? yummy! I will absolutely be back and recommend that everyone give this place a try!! ?

The Pho was soooo good! Definitely authentic and the meatballs tasted great! Also got the shrimp fried rice for our son and he liked it. Also tried their Thai tea and the taste was just right.. not too sweet.. really refreshing.. service was spot on too.. would definitely recommend it here!

We ordered the Pho Cowboy Special, Thai Fried rice and Thai Milk Tea. We love the pho. It's the most delicious we've had so far in the DFW area. The milk tea is now too sweet which is how we like it. The fried rice is ok but it could be better. Service was excellent.

New favorite pho spot in the Dallas area! To be fair, I’ve only been to a couple others, but this is the first I’ve been to that is owned by a Vietnamese family. I went at kind of a random time (4:30) and no one was at the front so I waited a bit but it wasn’t an issue. As soon as they realized someone was there they got me seated and fed very quickly!I got their special and a Thai tea and both were amazing. The pho reminded me a lot of the one I would eat at home growing up. It had less meat in it than some of the other pho places in town but for $10 for a small it was great! I’ll definitely be back :)

Kind, efficient service and super fresh tasty food. The passion fruit juice was out of a can but it was alright. The eating areas are very clean!

The best Pho over I ever had in Dallas, I have been leaving here for over 8 years and this is first time I called out the name of a Pho restaurant. I Asked for the chef name to give him a compliment, but mr Chang came out from the kitchen to say hi to us so nicely. Highly recommend if you are a fan of Pho.

Food was sub par. I'm guessing their customer service must be excellent to have such a high rating. I ordered delivery through the website, so I did not have to interact with their staff. Compared to other Pho places, this is not worth the money. They use the cheapest ingredients, poor preparation, lack of flavor and variety. Nice thing: The meatballs were decent.

I’m the most picky old eater and have not be back here since I had suck a bad experience with previous owner. I was waking by today and the manager came out and gave me a new management flier, I was curious enough to step in and gave it another try and I love this little cozy place. They have great food, atmosphere, and much better customer services. They are the very rare place that match the Togo and dine in price if we order straight on their website menu. If you used to hate this place, it’s time to experience it over again.

Came back after a while And was really impressed with the changed from new owner. Pho is still wonderful, new set up is much nicer, they do need to have more staffs because I expected to have my quick Pho as usually in 5-7 minutes( I know I’m crazy but this is why I come here for ;) great taste, quick and supper hot food)but I was very pleased with the customer service,Waiting 10 minutes was not that bad. And I’ll be back more often, thanks for their special offer as well

Best thing from to talk about this place is the quality of Togo Pho, they will show you how to handle it best way to have a bowl of Pho like how they serve you in person.I have tried for a long time to look a good to go Pho because my husband doesn’t like to eat out much and finally I found Pho Cowboys Dallas that ended my searching for years.Love the quality, quantity, the taste and way they prepare them. Highly recommend Pho cowboys dallas
