My husband and I were struggling to pick a place to eat in this cold weather, but one review (and the picture!) totally sold me. We ended up trying the trio sampler with meatballs, shrimp springroll, and the crunchy eggroll. The meatballs were a little small, but the flavor was on point. Pho Que Huong original. Local favorite. This is one of most popular Vietnamese Pho restaurants in Plano metroplex areas. Convenient location right off Jupiter & 14th Street. They serve good food and quick services. Came in for Banh Mi Bo Kho (stewed beef) but they were out of stock. Tried their beef special pho bowl instead. The food was good and broth soup was very good. Not too sweet just right. Highly recommend for Pho lovers and Vietnamese cuisine. Probably will come by...

I tried the tofu pho and it was delicious! The broth was flavorful but light, and the tofu was cooked perfectly—soft and satisfying. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion was generous without being overwhelming. Definitely a great spot if you want something comforting but not too heavy. I’ll be coming back for more!
