I think that some of the servers don't speak English well which makes them hard on the costumer. The food more than makes up for it. I love the beef noodle soups (personal preference: leave the tripe out). The shrimp spring rolls and meat balls are excellent.

Ordered pho with chicken broth and flank and brisket and they got it wrong with chicken. Bad customer service, they just asked me to check the order myself. Soup is bland with no flavor. I do not recommend this place and will not return.

Ordered the A1 (egg rolls), and P9 (pho bowl). The A1 egg rolls were good but seemed to be prepared ahead of time, however this could be due to the lunch rush.
The P9 pho bowl was ok, the broth tasted good, but they definitely gave less noodles/beef than the primary 2713 W 15th Street location. I also I had to request cilantro, they did not give it by default with the other phone toppings.
This is obviously one of the more subpar pho que huong locations - (2/5) rating.

I went there so often but recently they jumped the price i used to get the chicken noodles curry soup for $8 dollars and the increased to $10,14 now is $18 dollars and it's really expensive if you compromise with the king buffet for $14.95.

Lied to me about their store closing at 9:30 when Google says they close at 10. Also got a hostile vibe from them the times I've been here before. I see them serving East Asian and white customers well, but if you're darker skinned or don't look like the races mentioned above, expect subpar service and to be lied to and kicked out. Will not be returning here.
