The food was great. However, they sat all tables very close together and put all customers at those tables. The other side of the restaurant was almost empty. The tables were so close together that when the server was at the table next to us, his butt was in my face. Too close. And the high top table behind us, I hit the chair behind me when getting up. It made the experience uncomfortable and the noise level higher than it needed to be.
We and some friends went to dinner early (5:30) to enjoy your happy hour. Unfortunately, the pump that works the wine and beer dispensing was being repaired. We understand that these things happen, but there was no efforts to offer us a happy hour price on bottled beer or wine. Only to buy a bottle of wine half price. We asked to speak to the manager and he said there was no other offer and said he'd understand if we wanted to leave. ???? He said that 2 other costumers did leave!!!! We chose to stay, but it will be awhile before or if we return. Our friends will not return.
Attentive staff at lunch. Great lunch specials. Accommodating to all of our special requests.
The food was really good especially prosciutto pizza
Chicken Parm was okay, chicken was great but friend thought spaghetti was kinda weak. The worst one was their Mediterranean salad literally nothing in it. Don't get it go for the works instead for salad.

Ordered a half pizza and half salad for a lunch delivery via a food delivery app. Food came on time.
The pizza was the perfect size. I ordered the Salami pizza. Flavor is good. Crust is good. I would definitely order again.
The salad.... Is very underwhelming. I ordered the Caesar salad and it is. A bunch of large leaves. (6 to be exact.) The croutons were bland. The dressing was very good, though. I would not order the salad again.

Under construction so very loud and difficult to enter but the food is good and the service is excellent. Hopefully better atmosphere when construction is completed
Let me start with the positive - amazing food! Great sourdough crust, great salads and options.
However, some of the worst service. We ordered online and were told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. We get there 30 minutes later and about 10 other people were waiting for to go orders. The sweet hostess looked like a dear in the headlights. Asked a couple times for an update and was told “soon” every time. Ended up being 40 minutes later than promised and standing just waiting there with no reason along with a big group. We went another time and sat down and our server was flustered and stressed the entire time. Seems like it’s being poorly ran, at least on the service side. Hope it improves because I love the food!

Parker provided a great dining experience with great time between drinks, appetizers, and mains. Everything tasted great! Excited to return after renovations are completed. Great job!

Got the pizza delivered, would recommend having it when you can sit down at the restaurant and eat it hot.

One star is all I can give this place. I had some of the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere here. The the dough had a terrible taste to it tasted like sourdough, which I later found out was actually sourdough. I think that is crazy. They need to provide other options for dough because people don't always know if they're allergic to it or something so that blows my mind. Our waitress only checked on us about twice and came to our table a total 5 times maybe 3 of that was just to bring the food so that was just absolutely terrible for customer service. And the place was dead, I sat and watched multiple waiters not check on their tables either. I think it is also very overpriced. They should also add more options for their pizza and do a build your own pizza like 99% of pizza places do. Also CANNED soda! That's a freaking scam right there I could have brought my own from home had I known.

The prosciutto pizza and the espresso martini make for one of my favorite meals in Plano! You can never go wrong with it, I would recommend making a reservation and it can get a little pricey so keep that in mind but it's so worth it!
Ordered delivery to my office , I would say pizza is really good I ordered Chicken but the issue is not really tasting the chicken or hardly seeing it. It's chopped very fine small portions for the price. Just a sprinkle. Ceasar sald is a no , because it is large wedges leafs of it ..not chopped like a Cesar salad should be.

New Review. Very enjoyable evening at Pie Tap tonight. Our server, Justin, was attentive without intruding on our conversation, was prompt with our order, suggested a delicious dessert. We could see that Justin was covering several tables and was giving each table the same courteous attention. We ordered a pizza to share I had a Caesar salad, we each had a beer and we shared the donuts desserts (half of all came home). The pizza was delicious. Just enough sauce and toppings and the crust was perfect (so many other places lately have been soggy crusts - this one you could actually pick up the piece if pizza, yet it was not dry or overcooked). I really enjoy this place. I have yet to be disappointed.
