The lady at the register is very rude and does not know how to treat customers. They do not honor the rewards points for our order as 'TO GO,' even if we dine in, and they act as if the reward has been provided. I still have the receipt as proof.We have been coming here for refreshing yogurt for two years but do not want to go back.

I had a reward for a free small yogurt with toppings. I ordered one small with toppings and one small without any toppings. The lady (Mickey) at the register deducted the price from the small yogurt w/o topping. I discussed that I was supposed to be deducted from the small yogurt with toppings, however, she continued to argue back and say that the coupon worked correctly. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this experience.

I remember when there used to be a group place on practically every street corner. Pinkberry has been one of the OGs and continues to serve quality frozen yogurt while providing some of the most amounting of toppings available. There was only one person behind the counter when we went, but she was very helpful providing samples and suggestions. There are a decent amount of tables if you’re looking for a place to hang out with friends.

I frequent this pink berry and it’s usually fine but do NOT buy the take-home size. Feel like I got scammed because of how empty it is! As you can see in the picture, it is hollowed out in the middle. Not worth your money!! Ruined my experience for this location.

There’s no verify of flavors, it’s either chocolate, original or coconut. It says cookies and crème but it’s literally chocolate. The toppings are also limited, and the fruit isn’t fresh at all. the ladies behind counter are rude and glared at me the whole time I was trying to decided what toppings I wanted. We had to sit outside where there is a loud buzzing sound because inside was way to humid and had an odor. Two stars only because the yogurt itself was decent.

Great experience & tasty snack!I ordered Pinkberry to my office for a large group and they LOVED IT. It was a great light snack.Micky delivered our treats on time & set them up in a neat fashion. The treats remained frozen for a long while, very impressed by this.Can’t wait to order again!

When I went into this place I was shocked to see there is no DYI yorgut puller but the workers did it. When I got it I asked for a small amount but it felt like a lot. The yorgut tasted like cold sour-cream. Ambiance was alrigh.
