We had my kid’s birthday party here and chose the ultimate games package. That includes game cards for non-ticket games and the ropes course. The game cards didn’t work on any game and I had to track down each kid and exchange the cards which wasted at least 15 minutes of the hour and a half they had. The ropes course was closed due to not enough employees working. So, essentially I didn’t get part of the party package I paid for, and there was nothing I could do about it.But I’m still giving 3 stars, because the employees who were there were nice and the other games were fun, it was just poor management I think.

Went there for birthday it was very cool

Food was cold and bland. Burgers were too raw, and they were not prepared when we arrived. Arcade area was cool

Supper fun a little expensive

If I were a teenager I think I may not mind waiting 30 minutes for a cheese burger and fries that arrived with no cheese. Or the lane that kept getting stuck and then when we were switched to the next lane over it too wasn't working. Luckily the folks I was with were able to get a refund on the bowling. The kids enjoyed bowling what little they were able to complete but it will be a long time before someone can invite me to meet them at Pinstack again. And to top it off this is on a Wednesday night. I can't imagine going on a Saturday after this.

I have been a frequent customer to pinstack plano since 1 year but the service I visited in my last visit was not at all accepted .The machines were not working fine ..I accept that might be a technical defect and I was fine with that but later when I was paying the bill . They were very rude . They were clearly showing racism.BTW the server was innocent but the other guys were too rude .

Worst place......

This place fun for the most part. One of the lanes we were using was having issues but staff memeber helping was super nice and apologetic (even though it wasn’t her fault). They even went as far as to move us to another lane and extend our playing time. The food was typical bowling alley food and it tasted decent. It was hot when they brought it out and it didn’t take to long. The arcade is a bit pricey but they have a huge selection of games. They also have an obstacle course above the arcade that look both fun and dangerous.

Horrible service. We got charged for an extra pizza and drink that we DIDNT order and added 2 dollars to the price of the extra pizza and gave us NO explanation. And we didn't even get the extra drink we paid for! the guy told us it wasn't their fault and it was ours. Our server, Zell, we won't be making the same mistake by ordering food again. 1 star grrrr

We had a work group event. Bowling and food. Service was excellent. Appetizers and pizza were both tasty...especially the mozzarella sticks. Next time, a trip to the arcade is definitely in order.

Our Christmas party was there and I enjoyed it.

Was here 3/15 @ 2pm. Walk in and ask the girl up front if there is availability for bowling. She responds yes in about 5mins. Go to speak to the rude Hispanic guy with red hair at the bowling lanes and he tells it’s a 2 hour wait like we’re idiots for not knowing that. Mind you half of the lanes were wide open with nobody at them. Definitely won’t be back.
