We placed order through the app for approximately $62 that included a CHARGE FIR DELIVERY at 6:21pm and it said pizza being delivered at 6:51pm... my husband called at 7:30 and after being on hold for like 10 minutes the guy who refused to give his name said it was out for delivery. While on the phone arguing that the pizza and food was going to be cold, the pizza delivery shows up with the pizza all wadded up on the side of box and the pizza was cold as was the wings and apple...read full review
Great service! Always friendly folks AND my order was correct.
OMG!!!! I can't believe it takes more than two months to get any feedback or a copy of my receipt! Pizza Hut customer service is HORRIBLE and apparently it act of Congress to get any response if any!!!! I will never use it for my customer or corporate catering again!!!!!
