I haven't been to Pizza Hut for ages because for me they just lost competition to Domino's and Little Caesars. But then suddenly one day in 2025 for no reason I craved for something I used to enjoy in my old days, so I made takeout orders at couple of Pizza Hut locations.
And I learned something new - seems like a new trend is that Pizza Hut stores are bought by Indian or Middle East people just like Subway. And they are terrible - no greeting, no smile, no customer service, not even dressed right, not even at all pleasant looking. Apparently they feel uneasy interacting with people outside of their own ethnic group and yet decided to run one of the (once) most iconic American pizza franchises.
Needless to say, foods weren't as good as used to be. Of course not. I bet they don't even like these foods. This particular store didn't even check the food for me, no forks or napkins until I asked. Just overall vibe wasn't American and it was all wrong. I am never going back to Pizza Hut again. Stick to the alternatives.

Believe the 1 star reviews. I used to get delivery from here and they regularly brought me the wrong pizza. I started doing carry out. I always pay online but they always make me sign a receipt for no reason. They're clearly hoping I'll give them a tip. Shameless. I now go out of my way to use another location if I want Pizza Hut.

What exactly is this???? See, this is why I stopped eating ant Pizza Hut years ago. I only came here today because it was so close and quick. I ordered buffalo wings because I saw real chicken on the website but this bs is what I got. Fkn chicken nuggets ? never ever again will I come here.
