Wonderful service. Mariam was helpful in getting the pizzas ready early in the morning and following it up to make sure we would be able to pick it up as planned.

we were told specials over the phone then when we ordered them and went to pick it up was told only 1 of the specials was actually valid. also ordered cheese sauce with my bread sticks and didn't get any. and then the actual corporation decided to take the domino's off the taco pizza! now for some locations that's not an issue bc you never had taco pizza there or never had it made eith domino's on top. however at our location this has been a staple menu item for over 30 years. to take that off the menu is obsurd. I can tell you a lot of people in town are upset about this. but the local store doesn't care to let corporate know that the customers want it back.. seems like a small effort item to make a large fan base happy. plus what other pizza comes with chips on it. it's an icon. could you imagine mcdonalds taking the Mac sauce off the big Mac? or how about if they just ditched the fries and only served sweet potato fries or something. ( although sweet pot fries are good it isnt one of the iconic items they're known for. ) adding things to a menu is great business, changing things up a bit is good business sometimes. but deleting an original and leaving a partial pizza is NOT good business. I can tell you with about 5 other pizza places in my tiny town pizza hut is not going to be our families pick. which may not sound like a shock for a single fam but we are a large family of 12. our orders amount to around $80-100 each time. it may not be a total game changer for pizza hut. but once enough people start doing this. it'll sting enough that corporate will start feeling the changes they made. I'm disappointed in not only the local restaurant for not having a backbone enough to even accept suggestion cards to send to corporate. but also to corporate for seemingly being so closed off to the people they serve that they don't truly consider the voice of their own restaurants, workers, customers. it's a sad day for the pizza world.

I went to picked up a couple of pizzas I had ordered and did not have a good experience. We do not order pizza a lot and decided to treat the family today. My wife and daughter are vegetarians so when we do order pizzas it is usually just veggies. When I walked in to pick up my order the person working asked if I was a certain name I replied with no and that my name was Michael and the response that I received was from your worker was " I have your pizzas right here, you just didn't look like someone who would order veggie pizzas." I am definitely not a small man but I am not sure what size or look you are supposed to be to order veggie pizzas? I would like to think that it was not meant in a insulting way but at the same time it is one of those things that you just don't say. It is definitely not a good way to sell your product and I will not be ordering anything from Pizza Hut again.

I was so disappointed that I posted this it in my timeline on May Fourth: "It took 30 minutes to prepare as opposed to the promised 10-20 and I wouldn't feed this pizza to Jabba the Hutt. May the Fourth be with you by eating elsewhere". Seriously how does one make a jalapeño, onion, and pepperoni pizza taste so bland?

Apparently they disregard special instructions. Ordered it "NO crust, in bowl only pls" Pizza arrived as a normal pizza. I immediately called the store and spoke with a manager. She asked, "what does in bowl mean?" She had no clue what my instructions meant! If they are unsure, they could have picked up the phone to call me. After several minutes of trying to explain, she proceeds to tell me..."we don't have bowl, I don't know how you want" (she was speaking with a foreign accent so this is how she talked). How hard is it to look at the specific comments and if they are unsure or unable to accommodate the request, CALL THE CUSTOMER! She never offered an apology, or to even make it up to me next time!
