I’m assuming this sign means that a pepperoni pizza will be ready and waiting during this time. Similar to Little Caesar’s hot and ready. I went in at 7:40pm and the guy didn’t speak much English but I asked if there was a pepperoni pizza ready and he said it would take about 15 minutes. I pointed to the sign and said I thought they would be ready. He said no. Oh well, I’ll go to Little Caesar’s instead.
I normally love their pizza, but I did a phone order at 4:01pm. I was told on the phone by employee Ivan Flores (probably not his real name), that my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I get there at 4:15pm, 1 person is ahead of me. At 4:16pm guy gets my pizza and opens the box, the pizza is dried out except for the small portion close to the crust. He calls the manager and the manager says that's how all the pizzas are. He has worked here for 5 years and all of them look like...read full review
