It was a bad experience. We tried to change the table number and the person was terrible. We paid like anyone else and it is not why they treat us like that.
Unhygienic, Incompetent Bar Tenders, Rude Service, and Overall one of the worst alleys I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs.
To start, they don’t accept out of state IDs, despite the fact that any decently trained Bar Tender can easily spot a fake. So avoid if you’re from out of state, and take your money to a business that actually wants it. Secondly, the cooks were handling food ungloved, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy, and out of soap, so I had no way to clean my hands.
Finally, they charge for tap water. As someone from out of state, this absolutely blew my mind, that an establishment that serves alcohol can charge for tap water. In my home state, establishments licensed to serve alcohol are legally required to provide free tap water at request. It is a safety issue and I refuse to support any establishment that is so greedy as to not bother with this basic human need.
To think that a business could be so greedy that they feel the need to do this is beyond me.
Avoid this alley at all costs.
Cain is my favorite person, truly. It's so refreshing to have a cashier that LISTEN to what I'm asking for on my order. He was also so patient with my mother, who is trying to learn English. This man needs a raise ? ?
Great place for fun and bowling
The lanes are well maintained. It's a good place to bowl. Good food. Drinks are not cheap. I'd rather support this business than AMF/Bowlero, but it's hard to beat unlimited bowling during the week at AMF.
Staff can be kind of rude at times.
I feel like it's often so hard to just be a regular person and come bowl. There's always a long wait, or they tell you that you can only play 3 games before some other event or league is happening and they need your lane. I guess that's just business. It's always busy.
You really do not allow people to bring inside their own water bottle/s? We're talking Bowling here right? If this is true, that's got to be the PETTIEST thing I've heard
The top bowling alley in the DFW area....best staff, best food, best lanes and the best league workers. Joyce and her younger clone are some special people.
Management is not customer oriented.
Great atmosphere, plenty of lanes, and great staff (service). If you're someone just looking for a great time to hang out with friends or a competitive bowler, they got you covered. Also a great menu and fully stocked bar. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
By far, the best league house I have bowled in in the Dallas area. Miles ahead of the Bowlero house on all levels.

Such a fun night at Plano Super Bowl.
Got an hour in the VIP area and had so much fun.
Races!!! Was treated horribly...
Wow! Just heard on the radio of a racist incident that happened with celebrity singer, producer and writer, Grammy winning Teddy Riley had last night over a bottle of water. After hearing his account and reading the TONS of negative reviews about this place, this message is a warning for any decent person looking to have a good time -DONT GO HERE or SPEND ANY MONEY with these people.
Every Tuesday they have ladies night, where ladies pay only for shoes and guys who come along pay $12. It's pretty full on Tuesday. Rest of the days if you want to have fun this is a place to be.
Travelled from SC to have a coaching lesson with Spud. Great coach and looking forward to coming back to work with him again soon! Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and it was a fun lesson! Also… Loved the Pro Shop, especially with its own set of bowling lanes!! Bowling alley is very clean. Lots of room to sit. I love that there are lots of tournaments there. And I especially love the Ladies Night on Tue nights where you can bowl for free until 1 AM! It’s nice to be in a bowling alley that cares about bowling as a sport vs just being an entertainment center. Looking forward to coming back soon!
