Got the 3pc for $5. Drumstick was kinda small but it all tasted good. Worth the $$ Placed my order in the drive thru. It was very fast and my food was hot.

If I could give this location a 0 I would my wife and I go there today my wife got one pickle on her sandwich and a chicken strip not even a chicken breast she goes up there and asks for pickles and they try to charge her for them as well the manager asks to see her sandwich to make sure she doesn't have pickles on her sandwich now my meal my chicken was black we ended up getting a refund and went to kfc someone really needs to do something about this location every single time we go to this location our food is not up to par now we can go to a different location and the food is totally different from this location. Someone please do something about this lack of professionalism .

I bought the 2 piece chicken meal. Instead of being chicken, it looked like a tiny bird. Both pieces were dark meat which I detest, plus it felt slimy. The fries were fairly good but biscuit was undercooked and doughy in the middle. I had not had fried chicken in 10 years or more but I wanted some for some reason. Guess it will be another 10 years.

Two Spanish speaking workers were in the back arguing very loudly. I was in the drive thru and saw and heard them. They didn't try to be discreet but rather were yelling back and forth so much so that I thought a fight would break out any moment. To add to it, this caused a longer wait time because they were preparing the food. The manager was in store listening to it all and said nothing. I finally had to request that they do their job and stop it. It's extremely unprofessional and unexpected for this area/location.

Ordered online through Uber, received an original chicken sandwich instead of a pickle glazed, and no biscuit. It seems staff may be trained poorly on checking receipts due to the frequency of this occurring, this is the third time (of three times ordering) that the order is incorrect through Uber.

I order from the drive thru for my family about 3 times a month. It's very normal that 1 of the 3 times the order is correct. They always forget something (no matter which location) and I have to go back. They are always nice about it, but its an inconvenience.

Went through the drive thru and should have checked our food and the receipt before leaving. Got ready to eat only to discover that our order was not right. So we had to drive back up there and take our food inside to be corrected. They had to discuss what to do, and he finally came to get the bag, clarify what we're supposed to have, and when he finally brings our food back, it's still not right. Unfortunately, the worst part of it was that no one working in the store spoke good English, so we couldn't seem to get the young man that we were dealing with to get the order right. We just decided to keep what we had because we were running late for somewhere we needed to be.
