Went through the drive thru and should have checked our food and the receipt before leaving. Got ready to eat only to discover that our order was not right. So we had to drive back up there and take our food inside to be corrected. They had to discuss what to do, and he finally came to get the bag, clarify what we're supposed to have, and when he finally brings our food back, it's still not right. Unfortunately, the worst part of it was that no one working in the store spoke good English, so we couldn't seem to get the young man that we were dealing with to get the order right. We just decided to keep what we had because we were running late for somewhere we needed to be.

This place sucks. I went a year ago and had a horrible experience with missing FOOD items. At least it tasted good. Tried again this year, missing the sauce I specifically ordered bc they never ask and never provide what’s supposed to come with the meal. No sauce and they food literally has NO flavor. Please get these people out of the kitchen and hire people who know how to read ingredients and cook the LOUISIANA FOOD correctly. This is ridiculously flavorless. HOW???

My drive thru experience is always hell. Everytime they never get my order incorrect even after yelling if i’m done at the menu. They are very stingy with AMEX and their sauces. I can’t ever get someone with a positive attitude to take my order. It looks like a hell hole over there.

Had a hard time ordering; I spent a long time at the drive thru sign, only had to repeat everything again once I got to the window. I waited quite a long time even though I was the only one there. I also did not receive my side. The tenders were comically small and did not taste good either. So a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. Avoid this location even if you're craving for Popeyes
