Been coming to this location since it opened, after avoiding the old location at 15th & Custer bc of hygiene and customer service issues there. I've been going pretty regular and have enjoyed almost every time except once or twice in 3-4 years. Went there today and got the usual good service from the 2 guys that work there. Asked them to make the 10 piece family meal + a 2 piece FRESH even though they had some chicken there and they didn't cause a fuss about making...

Been a customer to this Popeyes location since October 2023, always been served great chicken; not sure where those older complaints have been coming from. Service is always nice, courteous, and quick to send out the meal, definitely never undercooked (possibly overcooked for spicy if you don't like harder crust). Will continue to come here while living nearby. Recommend using the app for better savings though, as most combos are cheaper online.
