Very poor experience. We came to the restaurant for the first time thinking we will dine in but 4/5 tables were not cleaned up.

As for the order, we wanted to do takeout since the atmosphere was abysmal. The person taking the order did not even ask what spice level we wanted, we had to guide him. We also placed a side order of rice and when we got back home, we saw the rice wasn’t there and we were not even informed whether the rice was available or not.

Overall, I won’t come back to this branch till they improve, and they have a long way to go.

Food is great, but everything else is a mess. They’re always out of basics, short-staffed, and there are no real plates or silverware—just plastic spoons and paper plates to cut chicken. No napkins either. They put a bathroom paper towel roll out for everyone, and the bathrooms don’t even have hand soap—just a bottle filled with water. It really feels like no one is managing the place. Could be amazing if they actually cared.

The food is great, but I am not fan of the service tbh. They never pick up the calls during morning/lunch hours, and when you place order online they are canceling orders without any notice or reason provided. The lack of customer service provided is why I gave it 3. I really hope they work on this, and improve online orders specially during morning times.

We reached at the restaurant at 9:11 PM on Monday. They refused to take an order. We would expect the restaurant to honor their work hours.

Food and service both were really good. They did mess up one order by making it hit instead of mild but overall, great smiling staff members and food was prepared fresh.

Their fountain drink machine was out of order so they were offering everyone free bottles of water which was a nice gesture.

Food is halal so that’s another plus for anyone looking for another halal option in the area.

My girlfriend ordered food online, 1 hour before the resturant closed. She arrived around 9:10 and was informed that they had not received her order even though she placed it on their official website. Then, they refused to make the food because they said they were closing early, and said she could only get a refund. In addition to this, they all stared at her as if she was crazy. Even the cook stared her down as if she did something wrong. This is the worst service we have ever experienced from any business, I am completely and utterly disappointed, especially because the food itself is good. Completely unacceptable.
