I waited over 30 minutes for my pick up order and watched many sandwiches get picked up while mine remained at the top of the cue for over 15 mins. The staff was kind but the service took significantly longer than expected.

They got one of my sandwiches wrong after repeating what I wanted and nothing was correct on the sandwhich, while he was right in front of me asking what I wanted so I thought he was putting everything on it but he did not put anything I asked for and one of my online sandwich’s has hot peppers and I did not asked for hot peppers

Theres a fundamental culture issue with Potbelly employees. The first thing that comes to mind is entitled. Never greeted at the door no matter what, slow service, never smiling, acting like you are wasting their time. Always a wait. It's some liberal deal because every last one of them act like they are better than you.

Today i came here and order 2 sandwiches, I want to redeem my points but register guy was not knowledgeable and messed up my points.its not used and still i paid full prices. I am very upset. My 1800 points now showing 800 points. Thursday is the double points day, and I don’t see my double points. Look like it gimmick.

Ordered a veggie without mushrooms as I'm highly allergic to it. When I called the store to ask if they can send me another one. Was told they could not. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady stated that she was the manager and got frustrated with me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would absolutely not be going to that location.

Good place for a quick tasty sandwich. Counter service was good and efficient and workers were pleasant. Slightly more limited menu than some other sandwich shops, but what they have is good.
Placed a mobile order, waited at the pickup area (my order was ready sitting on the back counter apparently, just not in the pick up area) until they helped another woman who walked in after me (her order wasn't even ready, they just let her know they were working on it then walked away when i tried to get their attention to ask for my order sitting on the counter) and helped another man, finally got my order and it's got a hair in it. I am extremely pissed.

Joseph was so wonderfully kind, home boy exudes the energy of the spirit of Pot Belly. I’m convinced he was born in said restaurant. 11/10 would eat here again just because this dude was not only fantastic at sandwich making, but the small talk was glorious.
