Started off good, then turned bad quickly.Went through the line with my service Animal(who has his bage on at all times) and checked out nicely till sandwich maker guy comes to our table to tell us we can't have our Animal in the restaurant rudely. So matching his tone told him he's a service animal. Then, he gets rude with me as my husband steps in. all in all first time and last time at a potbelly.

My boyfriend and I frequently order from here through the app. We usually love it, but lately they have not been consistent. On several occasions we’ve ordered late (around 9pm when they close at 10pm) and once we get home with our sandwiches we notice there’s something off. Tonight I wanted a meatball with mushrooms and onions, but I received a meatball with chili on it and no “red sauce.” My boyfriend’s Italian sandwich has been incorrect on several occasions too, but normally doesn’t have any issues if ordered around lunch. I don’t know if it’s retaliation because of the time we order, but it’s become very frustrating.

My recent experience with Potbelly Sandwiches left much to be desired. We placed a sizable corporate order, only to find a significant oversight upon its arrival. Not only was sandwiches missing entirely, but the ones we did receive were lacking essential ingredients.Disappointed but hopeful for a resolution, we made the effort to return to the store to rectify the missing sandwiches. However, our hopes were quickly dashed when we encountered an unapologetic response from the staff. Despite our valid concerns, they adamantly refused to remake the sandwich fresh and gave us some that where at the pick up station.The lack of accountability and customer service displayed during this interaction was truly disheartening. In situations like these, a sincere apology and an effort to make things right can go a long way. Unfortunately, we received neither.

I went in at lunch to order two salads to go. One of the salads had some customization - no hummus, no tomatoes. When I got home, I noticed that the store also removed the chicken and cucumbers. So basically, it was a plastic container of lettuce for $9. I called the store to get that salad refunded (I live 30 minutes away, but the store was on my way home). “Do you want to come in and get that refund?”“No I’m 30 minutes away, can I give you the receipt number?”“Sure”Long story longer, there has been no refund to my card. I won’t return to this location.

Was in there earlier this afternoon to order an Avo Turkey sandwich for to go which has Avocado, Turkey, Swiss and Cucumbers. Half my sandwich was missing when I got home. No Avocado and no cucumber in it. When you try to call the store to inform them, good luck having someone even answer the phone. It was my first time there today and definitely my last time.
