7/20 gave them another chance and today the sandwich was covered in dressing, it was soggy. I ordered a turkey sandwich although I didn't notice any turkey on it and it tasted fishy, after a couple of bites I threw it away. Do better

Meatball sub is extremely dry. First time eating here, I won’t be back. Extremely disappointed in this dry sandwich.

Bryant is ALWAYS so professional and a joy. I visit this location about 2-3 times weekly and whenever he works he remembers my face and makes sure to make me laugh and thanks me for continuing to come. Little does he know, he’s one of the reasons I continue to be loyal to Potbelly. He provides consistent top notch customer service. Thank you, Bryant

I’ve been getting Sheila’s Dream bars but put theu the oven and with a scoop of icecream on top for exactly 14 years, at locations all over Texas. Never been a problem before. For some reason no one here could figure out a way to make that happen for me. They could have offered to have me pay for a milk shake and just dont make me one and put a scoop of ice cream on top of the dream bar. They made no attempt to figure it out. They just said no. First time ever in 14 years. You guys are malfunctioning.

Bryant or Bryan (couldn't see the name tag fully) but is a true player to the game of customer satisfaction. I go to this location for lunch multiple times a week and they stay busy, which is a good thing.. even with multiple cars in the drive thru, multiple people inside and can't even imagine the online orders, they are still able to make a quality sandwich quick. People who are complaining about 4 milk shakes talking long to be ordered through the drive through obviously have never worked a service job before and don't understand how long their quality shakes take to make, they are not a McDonalds shake.. Sandwiches from other shops are not nearly as good as potbelly and also don't offer drive through, this location is awesome for that as well as their customer service, i never have a issue with the drive through and am always taken care of, Bryan is awesome, so are the other ones who run the drive thru, within the last couple months the customer service has increased dramatically because of this, thank you for making my 1 hour lunch break a easy choice with quick turnaround time!

Do not order on app or through drive thru. These toddlers need adult supervision otherwise they’ll mess up your order

Overall 1 star experience. There was a sign at their drive thru indicating their drive thru systems are down and that customers need to place an order inside. I GET THAT. What I don’t get though is I’ve already place my order online and I simply just wanted to pick it up. I chose the drive thru option because that is more convenient and I am on my work lunch break which is very time limited. I sat at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Employees definitely saw me there but did not come acknowledge me to see what I needed. What kind of customer service is that?? It wasn’t until the manager Jose popped up that he came up to ask what I needed. Was about to tell me to go inside but I said no I placed my order online and paid I am just doing a pick up. How hard is it to greet customers and just check in on them? It literally took Jose less than a minute to grab my order but he made it seem like it was a burden. 1 star and 2 thumbs down from me :)
