Worst manager ever. This guy needs to be trained remedially. Ran out of the egg nog shake so he claims to have tried to call (but admits that he didn’t get in contact) and he decides to just switch the order and not say anything until we called and then he said “I can do what I want because I’m a manager”. I also can do what I want and not recommend you. Possibly you can get more customers in if you didn’t lock the doors at 7:00pm so you could take a break and if you learned about customer service 101.

The manager told us to wait by the stop sign so they could bring our food out - they forgot about us. We had to go in after waiting an extended period of time to get our food. They were rude when we asked if they had our sandwiches. They also forgot to add the pickles, spices and mayonnaise on one of our sandwiches. This is the 2nd time we’ve had horrible service. We will not be giving this location any more business.

poor customer service !!! came through the drive thru ordered 4 shakes Employee had an unprofessional attitude the whole time like use common sense why hand me 4 shakes all at once!!!! yea all at once no cup holder at all expecting me to grab them all at the same time !!!!!!! after i asked her can you give me a cup holder she seemed bothered by it like really i understand if it was 1,2 or even 3 drinks !!!!! but like 4 an then you handing me all of them at the same time ! couldn’t even get her name she didnt even provide me with a receipt!🧾

Top tier sandwiches for the value and been here consistently for a year. There always a little bit of wait time but it’s appropriate and worth it as great sandwiches take time to make. Your best option is to place the sandwich on the app to save your time.

I really like the BTLA sandwich here. The avocado is pretty skimpy though so I opted to pay almost $3 for extra avocado. The amount is paltry even before remembering this is "extra."

I just had the best sandwich ever from this location, and I credit it to the side of 'kindness' that was served along with it. I was having a less than good day and decided that I wanted to visit my favorite sandwich place, but I did not want to get out of my car, so I braced the longer drive to this location from where I live in Allen. They did not disappoint. James, specifically, did not disappoint. As I mentioned, I was having a rough day with a lot on my mind, so I ended up forgetting a part of my order. No problem! James fixed it without hesitation. I know this may not seem like much, but it meant everything to me on this particular day. Thank you James for being the highlight of my day! Totally worth the drive!

On two different occasions, when asked for a little bit of everything of the toppings, but did not come with a little bit of everything. Not even 1 bit. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, like they didn’t even bother putting the toppings.

I went through the drive thru looking for a healthy, balanced meal. I was the only car. I ordered all the toppings and vegetables on my sandwich. When I got home to eat, I found they didn’t put any toppings or vegetables at all. Just the meat and bread.
