Ordered on too good to go and they cancelled the order in the middle of the pickup window after I had already driven to the restaurant. Cancelling an order is fine but doing so before the pickup window would prevent people from unnecessarily wasting time to drive to the restaurant. It's unclear to me if this is a tactic to bring people to the restaurant in hopes they'll buy something else since the original order is cancelled.

OMG!!! This is the best Venezuela food ❤️ we live in Houston, we were walking in Dallas and we decided to eat a delicious Venezuelan food. And this place has surprised us with the deliciousness of its cuisine. It is incredible, the quality of the food, the portions are very very good, the flavor is great, you literally transport yourself to Venezuela. ?? I recommend it with my eyes closed. They are the best empanadas I have eaten in the USA, the dough has a flavor from the other world (divine), the Tequeños are also wonderful and not to mention the pastries, they also have excellent service, especially from the man who is the chef's father and works with it right there and the best thing is that they have conscious prices, no abuse, eat at Pranzo you will not regret it, I will continue ordering because the meat has an exquisite flavor, they gave me a try when I was there, thank you very much for your warm attention , God bless you ??✨
