Worst food I ever had
Horrible portions for the price. The fact that they think they can get away with it because its to go it disgusting

QDOBA never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made to order just the way I like it. But what really stood out this time was the customer service — the staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. They were welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and customization. Everything was clean and well-organized, and I felt like a valued guest from the moment I walked in. Between the quality food and the top-notch service, QDOBA has definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at the QDOBA location in Plano! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. I ordered a burrito bowl with grilled chicken, and everything from the rice to the toppings was spot-on — definitely one of the better fast-casual meals I’ve had in a while.
What really stood out, though, were the two ladies working behind the counter. They were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Even during the busy time, they kept things moving with a smile and made the entire experience feel personal and upbeat.

Every time I go, I get treated like I’m a valuable member of the family. Food and portions are always great. The staff is very very friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend
I like going to this place is far better and cheaper than Chipotle

My go to for quick and DELICIOUS Mexican food! Their burritos are HUGE and yummy, the quesadilla's are fantastic! The steak or shrimp are amazing!

Welp!!! All of the rude comments are very valid. I live 3 minutes from the place and been wanting to try it for a while. Red flag was when we walked in around lunch hours and there were no customers. A man and woman were in the front preparing chips to fry. They both looked at us and did not acknowledge us. We had to speak first. Then we just stood there kind of watching them touch everything with the gloves they had on. The woman reaches up to rub her eye with her wrist then processed to pull 1 glove out with the same gloves she touched everything with. I asked if she could wash and hands and she gives me every excuse to say she just rubbed with her wrist. (Ma'am I don't know what all you were doing before I got here) saying to myself. Then she got an attitude as she walks off still saying, but I had on gloves. We just ended up walking out and going to Chipotle which is seconds up the street. Whoever owns this place should be prepared to take a huge loss before the summer ends. I'm totally sure I won't go back after seeing all the other reviews with apologies from management that hasn't changed in months.

I have fond memories of eating great food at qdoba since they opened this location. I returned for the first time in several years to try their shrimp bowl, and the quality of food and service were bad. The shrimp and chicken were dry and overcooked, the rice tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the remaining toppings lacked in flavour. The amount of food they give you fills barely half of the bowl, even after I asked for extra lettuce to make it a more filling meal. The manager even instructed the staff the exact quantity of shrimp to put in. For a $15 meal, overall disappointed in the food and the downturn of this establishment.
Restaurantji Recommends
Food is okay, and restaurant is clean, but priced higher than value. $16 for a basic bowl and drink… I’d understand if portion was better or if the meat was special. But honestly, the lack of customer service is where the price doesn’t match. Like why did it feel like I was disturbing your day by coming in and ordering? Chipotle is across the street. They both sell the same things and both are overpriced for rice, beans, and meat but whatever. But at least Chipotle is busier so maybe there you won’t overhear the staff talking about personal business while you eat. Just do pick up.

I have tried this location so many times and every time I hope that the guy with glasses and the female are not working. They are extremely rude and talk about you in front of you. This has not only happened to me but my friends as well. I love qdoba but the customer service is just terrible at this location. I’m shocked that they even still work here.

order light beans, extra rice. Received beans a lot, and less rice.
Proteins taste 7/10.

Would give negative stars if I could. AWFUL customer service. Will not be coming back to this location. The food wasn’t good enough the last time I came here for it to be worth it either. I tried to ask if their prices are different depending on the entree or all the same for each meat, she (short, stout Hispanic woman) didn’t understand my question or just didn’t know the answer; she kept pointing to the calorie counts on the entrees and telling me it’s right there. I asked about 5-6 times before she rudely answered that they charge by the meat as if that’s what she had been telling me the whole time. I said okay I understand before I heard her tell her coworker at the cashier (slightly taller woman) “That’s what I told her” under her breath; I responded that I had to ask multiple times before she understood what I was saying and she just kept saying she told me initially. The cashier tried to talk to me and understand, but she was just backing the other shorter lady up. She was extremely rude and just had this insane attitude the entire altercation. I love QDOBA, but this location is definitely not worth it, whether for food or customer service. Last time I came, the chicken was dry and the sauce tasted weird. The portion sizes were way smaller than other locations I’ve been too as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service, and the food isn’t good either. We told the manager we were unhappy with our last two orders and she asked us why we came back? I’m shocked. I work in customer service, and it’s not hard to be professional or nice. She also started yelling for no reason!! Good thing we will never be coming back. Please save your money for a chipotle. At least they will make things right with you-without trying to fight about it.
