Genuinely love this Quiznos so much. Been eating at Quiznos since I was a little kid and the sandwiches are just so good. The same lady makes my sandwiches every time I go and she’s just the most wonderful individual. It really brightens my day every time I go to pick up my food and she greets me.

Show up during hours posted on door. Not open again. Lady inside just waves you off
Really crappy way to run a business. Can see why they all closed down.

Myelie (probably wrong) was an angel and I’m so happy there’s a Quiznos near me!

A poem: Ah, my Chicken Carbonara, a toasted dream from Quiznos' fading gleam!
Once a beacon, now a haunt, its presence, a diminishing taunt.
How I yearn for that creamy art, a recipe etched upon my heart.
With chicken, bacon, Alfredo's sigh, beneath a toasted, mozzarella sky.
A raven's shadow, Quiznos fell, a slow descent, a mournful knell.
Each shuttered door, a lover's tomb, sealing away that rich perfume.
Yet, in this culinary blight, a flicker, a hope, a nascent light!
Perhaps a renaissance we'll see, and Carbonara, back to me!
For in that taste, a magic lies, a Phoenix rising to the skies.
Toasty rebellions are built on hope. Thank you for keeping the flame alive Quiznos.

Excited to see Quiznos since there aren't very many around. Paid $27 for large and medium sandwiches . No wonder most Quiznos are no longer in business.

Nice experience, not busy on a week day. The store was struck in the past, they still have not upgraded to the current trend. Cost of their sandwich, soups are pricier when compared with other food chains. Their breads, soups used to be the best, felt some difference now. I tried their food again after a decade or so. The service staff is friendly but not sure they're knowledgeable on promotions, didn't tell us will get free sandwich after installing their app, enrolled in rewards program first time. Otherwise would get better rating.

Quiznos used to be my favorite sandwich chain. I’m glad I at least have memories of how good it used to be. This location feels like it’s barely surviving, and after my recent experience, I can understand why.

The empty “flavor station” and Covid signs make this store feel like it’s stuck in 2020. Do they know that the pandemic ended? Even at lunchtime, it was quiet, and the store felt tired.

One of the first things I noticed was how much more expensive it’s become. Simple signs printed on plain white paper were taped to the glass advertising prices for various combos and sides. These amateur signs lead me to believe this location is not getting a lot of support or oversight from corporate. $5 for a bottled drink? $4.50 for a bag of chips? Yikes! No wonder the restaurant was empty. I can get a much better deal from any of their competitors. For just two regular sandwiches — no chips or drinks — I paid $25.

The sandwiches were not nearly as good as I remember them being in the past. The bread didn’t taste fresh and they used bacon bits instead of bacon slices.

I’m sad about it, but I’m sure I won’t be back. I can get better food for a better price elsewhere.

Does this location have a business phone number like any other regular business should? The number listed is out of service. I’ve called several times at different times of day and nobody ever answers! Came in to grab a couple sandwiches and was extremely disappointed with the service! The employee here is not properly trained and failed to include items in the bag that I paid for. I also noticed the bread was not toasted and was very dry and did not have all of the toppings like it was supposed to. You need to hire somebody else. People that are more qualified and willing to put the effort to do their job right! I will be needing a full refund for this!!!!

5 Stars only cuz the food is awesome...but I'd only give 2 stars due to the confusion they've created on their store hours...door says 10a-4p Mon-Sat and 11a-530p Sun.
I know its likely due to covid, but come on...have some accuracy and consistency
I wasted 2 WHOLE TRIPS ALL THE WAY FROM ROCKWALL to this Plano location, only to find they closed "early" (per website)...and didnt see any paper posted temp hours on the door til my 3rd attempt. That's a long ass drive from Rockwall to Plano for a Chicken Carbonara, but DAMN that sammich is worth every bit of the hassle!! However, not being able to purchase and enjoy that sammich is NOT worth the drive...twice!!

Also...the provided contact number goes to a fax machine. It kinda hurts the eardrums.
Can someone please update with correct number to reach someone at this location?
I spoke with the franchise owner before, he's a really great guy, and he's got really good employees set at this location.
I assured him they are doing a great job, and that I'm very pleased with this location's food quality and service! It may be 21 miles or more each way, but it's the closest one besides Richardson, and as long as they keep making my chicken carbonara.....I shall keep going.

UPDATE FROM 12/26/24:
I found their Carrollton location was more convenient, being in my path to my Las Colinas office.
That location is off Josey Ln, few lights down from 190.
However, I was saddened when that location's owner updated me that he's closing that Carrollton Josey Ln location, but this Plano Legacy Dr location shall remain intact at least for a little while, so I'll be going there.
Both owners appear to know each other somehow, so that solidified my decision to stick to Legacy Dr for my "on my way to the office chicken carbonarra pickup".

Long Live The "Nos-Of-Quiz"!!!
PuuuhLEEEEEEZE open more locations...yall could truly give Subway a run for their money, and in my opinion Jimmy Johns & Jersey Mike's, too!!!
