The fact that this is a legitimate, clean, and well run Quiznos with a full menu is worth 5 stars. Of course this is not a five-star steak restaurant, but Quiznos is the best sandwich brand flavor/food wise in the States. So glad this location opened up near me

I was on a nostalgic vibe today, so I just remembered about Quiznos…it was THE pioneer of toasted subs back in the day!
Needless to say, I decided on a pilgrimage of sorts to find the Holy Grail if subs today, and I was disheartened to find that there is ONLY ONE LOCATION LEFT IN THE DFW METROPLEX! 😭
It just so happened to be in Plano, and I recognized it being near JUSGO and MITSUWA, both institutions in their own right, so I decided to make the near-hour long trek there today.
Boyyyyy when I saw that sign…a wave of emotions came over me. Sure, the sign was weathered and cracked from the years, but it was like visiting on old friend. Familiar, yet different.
I came inside and was greeted by a nice lady, and I instantly saw what I came there for… a Traditional on Rosemary Parmesan breaded with everything on it, toasted to perfection, of course. 🤤
The lady was kind enough to fix me up the 16-inch sandwich, and I proceeded to have a seat near the window to enjoy the warmth of the sun today…86 degrees on a Friday, post-Christmas, was *ROUGH*! 😂
I peeked over to see if the sauce and condiment bar was still there, and it was…but it wasn’t. Their excuse is that since the pandemic, the bar never came back. We all know it was cost-cutting, which I didn’t appreciate *at all*. I *always* used the sauce and condiment bar every time I came to Quiznos.
I decided to quench the Traditional down with some Powerade, and chomped on some Mrs. Vicks’ Salt and Vinegar kettle chips. It was *always* my “usual”.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, sans the omission of the sauce/condiment bar, so I think 4/5 stars is justified.

Genuinely love this Quiznos so much. Been eating at Quiznos since I was a little kid and the sandwiches are just so good. The same lady makes my sandwiches every time I go and she’s just the most wonderful individual. It really brightens my day every time I go to pick up my food and she greets me.

Show up during hours posted on door. Not open again. Lady inside just waves you off
Really crappy way to run a business. Can see why they all closed down.
Myelie (probably wrong) was an angel and I’m so happy there’s a Quiznos near me!

A poem: Ah, my Chicken Carbonara, a toasted dream from Quiznos' fading gleam!
Once a beacon, now a haunt, its presence, a diminishing taunt.
How I yearn for that creamy art, a recipe etched upon my heart.
With chicken, bacon, Alfredo's sigh, beneath a toasted, mozzarella sky.
A raven's shadow, Quiznos fell, a slow descent, a mournful knell.
Each shuttered door, a lover's tomb, sealing away that rich perfume.
Yet, in this culinary blight, a flicker, a hope, a nascent light!
Perhaps a renaissance we'll see, and Carbonara, back to me!
For in that taste, a magic lies, a Phoenix rising to the skies.
Toasty rebellions are built on hope. Thank you for keeping the flame alive Quiznos.
Excited to see Quiznos since there aren't very many around. Paid $27 for large and medium sandwiches . No wonder most Quiznos are no longer in business.

Nice experience, not busy on a week day. The store was struck in the past, they still have not upgraded to the current trend. Cost of their sandwich, soups are pricier when compared with other food chains. Their breads, soups used to be the best, felt some difference now. I tried their food again after a decade or so. The service staff is friendly but not sure they're knowledgeable on promotions, didn't tell us will get free sandwich after installing their app, enrolled in rewards program first time. Otherwise would get better rating.
Quiznos used to be my favorite sandwich chain. I’m glad I at least have memories of how good it used to be. This location feels like it’s barely surviving, and after my recent experience, I can understand why.
The empty “flavor station” and Covid signs make this store feel like it’s stuck in 2020. Do they know that the pandemic ended? Even at lunchtime, it was quiet, and the store felt tired.
One of the first things I noticed was how much more expensive it’s become. Simple signs printed on plain white paper were taped to the glass advertising prices for various combos and sides. These amateur signs lead me to believe this location is not getting a lot of support or oversight from corporate. $5 for a bottled drink? $4.50 for a bag of chips? Yikes! No wonder the restaurant was empty. I can get a much better deal from any of their competitors. For just two regular sandwiches — no chips or drinks — I paid $25.
The sandwiches were not nearly as good as I remember them being in the past. The bread didn’t taste fresh and they used bacon bits instead of bacon slices.
I’m sad about it, but I’m sure I won’t be back. I can get better food for a better price elsewhere.
Great customer service and very clean environment.
Great service and great food.
Loved my honey mustard chicken and will be back.
